If it's true, then I'm looking forward to it. Sure, 3 supposedly wrapped up the series, but hey - if it's not as mediocre as Cars 2 then I'm for it.

Hopefully they will ditch that little girl and go back to Andy.
I also want a Army Men battle.

No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. First an upcoming direct-to-video spinoff from Cars entitled Planes, and now a fourth Toy Story? John Lasseter is officially Pixar's own Michael Eisner.

No, the Toy Story series is great. They shouldn't ruin it by making another movie.

What can I say?

It's probably going to be awesome and everyone will love it, including me.

But I don't want it to be made.

The chances of them ruining it are extremely slim. It's like if they made a sequel to Finding Nemo. Nobody would want it to be made, but it would most likely be excellent regardless.

Its just milking the cash cow now.

Seriously, 3 had the one of the most perfect endings for a trilogy I've seen. A fourth one would just make that go to waste.

He said that he thinks it's happening and when pressed further said they're working on it currently. Interesting, but not exactly surprising. With Cars 2 out this past weekend, a sequel to Monsters Inc in the works and some whispers about a sequel to The Incredibles, Pixar isn't shying away from sequels.

Wait, they're coming out with a new Monsters Inc.?

Yeah it's called Monsters University I think.

I do not see how people can ruin things with sequels, honestly. I might be missing something, but if you don't like it, forget about it...?

Ugh, not another one! In my opinion, if a movie is not based on a book, they should usually keep it to one thing. Toy Story was a perfect movie. I wasn't too fond of 2 and neglected to see 3. I think they should just leave many movies at one movie and stop.

Dude, thats exactly my thing. I was already a bit out of the demographic for Toy Story anyway when the first one came out. I still liked it but the second one was kinda assy. This is why i didnt see the third one.

Okay, I have to say that I really like the idea of having Toy Story shorts, but Pixar shouldn't be milking their more popular movies so much, if they want to make a sequel that could possibly have a worthwhile plot(unlike Cars 2, atleast, in my opinion), then I think Incredibles 2, Monsters Inc 2, or Finding Nemo 2 would be great. Of course, I'd rather just see them come up with something original.

Sid is in Toy Story 3 for all who are unaware.

It's funny how Pixar made Disney write into the contract (or some ♥♥♥♥ legal terminology) that they wouldn't be forced to make sequels.

He probably escaped from an insane asylum. No one believed him about toys coming to life so they locked him away. And now he's escaped and is plotting revenge.
