Welcome to the second Music Chit-Chat Thread!

The purpose of this thread is to allow for free-flow conversation about music. Sometimes you just want to mention that you just listened to an excellent song. Or that you have fallen head-over-heels for a new album. Or you just saw the most awesome concert. Or you've rediscovered an old favourite. Just general things that may not require its own thread. That's what this is here for.

All regular forum rules apply.

A few more things to bear in mind:

If discussions seem to be getting in-depth, they will likely be split into their own threads.

Music tends to attract arguments, however all arguments should be kept civil. Attacking the band or artist or genre or whatever is fine, attacking a person or their personal musical preference is not fine.

Thank God I had a Sansa music player back in the day. Their preloaded musics were fantastic.

I love Katy Perry as much as the next horny dude, and her music is fun to listen to and she's nice to look at (see OP if you do not believe me ).

I was too distracted to pay attention to any sounds. So bouncy.

On Dog Problems: So many great little moments on that album, Oceans is my favourite.

She is absolutely awful live, she is out of tune half the time and it just doesn't sound nice at all. She is good when she is playing acoustic though, but when she's on stage prancing around and not focusing on singing.. my goodness.

Well, I'm currently rebuilding my music library after restoring my computer. Not too much fun but it's helping me rediscover some music I haven't listened to in awhile.

In other news, hate to pull a Mino but god DAMN is the soundtrack for Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance sick.
Just this track alone is so triumphant. It gives me goosebumps

As soon as it is completed, you can bet there will be a site for those to download the digital media for free and then another for those who want to buy the physical album its self.

But I will see to it my self that anyone who wants just the MP3's can get it for free.

"Oceans" is indeed incredible. I think "Dog Problems" is second to "If Work Permits" then...Oh I dunno...."Dead End" maybe?

Well, being Kanye West, I feel it appropriate that I bring up Kanye West for the first time in this new thread:

Kanye has such an incredible track-record. He's done so much for hip hop and music in general and the fact that anybody can ignore his talent blows my mind.

Also, I htink it'd be silly if all of the COOL MYOOZIC DOODZ changed their names to rappers....or maybe I dun wanna be alone haha
