Great series, I'd say stick with this one. Ultimate Spider-Man is basically the biggest reason why I read comics now.

Old Man Logan: Another fun read with some really crazy scenes. I really loved the idea of a broken down Wolverine. "They broke me bub."

I liked Old Man Logan, but it was so hyped for me I don't think it was possible for it to live up to it.

| Batman Year One: Very good read, I liked how Batman's story was told, but Gordon's story really stole the show. Wasn't a fan of Catwomans origin story. " He's big. Green Beret training. It's been fifteen years since I had to take out a Green Beret. Even so, he deserves a handicap."

One of my favourite Batman stories.

While I think it is worth reading, I have never been a big fan of DKR.

Next up I'm going to read Watchmen, and Y the Last Man since I hear those are good. Any recommendations? Or advice on where to jump in on the current run of Spider-Man and Batman?

Y: The Last Man is excellent, and I definitely recommend that.
If you are looking to just read the main Spider-Man book, I'd say read
One More Day and then just keep going. After OMD there's only been one main spidey book, so it is pretty easy to follow, and has some really great arcs as well.
