Holy ****ing **** where'd all my hair go?!

OoC: Woa, freaky, I was just getting ideas for a thread directly involving the Dome...
BiC: Tuariv pulled the white hot chunk of metal out of the oven, using prongs he brought it over to an anvil and brought a hammer down upon the burning sword. This created sparks that flew out in every direction like a small light show. It was now perfectly straight so the lizard dipped the sword into a pool of water and wiped his forehead from the heat. "Finished, gotta keep my weapon fit as a fiddle." He said to himself. He looked up to a nearby clock, it read 10:00 AM. Leaving his claymore in a pool of water to cool he left for one of the Domes public kitchens for some brunch because it was to late for traditional breakfast and to early for lunch. As Tuariv walked along the hallways he didn't feel much like an outcast as he would in the real world, there were other beastial warriors like himself and people had become acustomed to it here, besides the newer fighters of course. The scent of an omlet bar filled many hallways, along with other goodies such as pancakes and fresh baked muffins. The smells filled Tuarivs nostrils, because of his stronger senses he got even more hungry. He grabbed a plate and went at it, taking lots and lots of different foods, some that would surely have been from another planet because of its disgustingly foul tastes. After piling up the plate with food Tuariv grabbed himself a seat and dug into his meal... OoC: I hope that is the kind of begining post that was expected.

Damnit, Tuariv thought to himself, he would've prefered to have his claymore with him. He wasn't vulnerable at all without it, just a preferance. [i]If this is what it takes.... so be it... but I just feel I must do something else... like I've got to train...
"I accept, but let it be known... we are still rivals, and I will become unfathomably stronger than you." "Again with that? And chew with your mouth closed." Tuariv turned his head back away from Kenjin, "I truly couldn't care less ab-... damnit." "What is it?" Kenjin asked. "Ugh, Tuariv, that's so gross. Chew with your mouth closed!" Came a familiar voice. "Damnit." Tuariv groaned again. "Will you stop saying that?!" Kenjin said quite loudly.

OoC: Hey, this sounds like fun.
BiC: Kai laid lazily on her bed, ontop of the wolf fur blanket that tickled the back of her neck. She wiggled her feet absentmindedly, absorbed in boredom. The form of a blue cat, Cobalt jumped on the bed with her. He had grow rapidly, reaching a height of three feet in only a month and a half. "What's up?" the dragoon asked her cat. He nuzzled her back, trying to push her up. "Okay, okay," she sat up and petted her friend. He gave a content meow and started purring. Kai sighed, she had no idea of what to do and was starting to go crazy in her room. Then the female turned to Cobalt with a smile. "Hey, how would you like to explore the Dome with me? You've only seen this room and the forest." "Merrowl!" was his happy reply. His nine tails whipped in excitement. The cat leaped off the bed and ran circles in front of the door. "I'll take that as a yes," she responed happily. Kai belted her scimitar's sheath and opened her room's door into the Dome, Cobalt happily running out. After a bit of wandering, the pair found themselves at the cafeteria's swinging doors. The dragoon wasn't too interested in going in but the cat had other ideas. He charged through the doors and started running around the room. "Ah! Cobalt! Come back!" she cried at him. Kai ran in to find the blue feline sitting calmly by a man in black pants and a chain-mail shirt. He was rubbing Cobalt's head, who was definitely enjoying that. He looked up as Kai approached, "I take it this is your pet?" Cobalt gave an irritated growl. "My friend. His name is Cobalt." Then she held out her hand, "And I'm Kai Chosen." He only delayed a second before shaking her hand, "I am Kichaa Mesoa."

A sudden weight was forced upon Tuarivs hand, his sight was blinded, he couldn't see anything. He only felt a weight from whatever it was that Kenjin had handed him. This must be a trap! Tuariv attempted to open his mouth to speak but suddenly he was able to see, it was very much blurred, but the lizard could make out a few things.
"We're going to finish it here aren't we?" A voice called out. Tuariv was about to speak but heard his own voice, "I changed in unfathomable ways friend, and even you can't deny it any longer. All those times I said the same thing... this time you know it to be true, all those years, I seemed to have just disappeared off the face of the planet didn't I?..." That was all before Kenjins voice came once again, closer. "Hello? Lizard-boy? You there?" Tuariv blinked, he was in Kenjins quarters, "Huh? Uhh, yeah what is it?" Kenjin sensed Tuariv had felt or seen something he shouldn't have, he'd hold off for now though, "Well what do you think?" Tuariv remembered what he had been doing, and then remembered the immense weight on his hand. Looking down he found a weapon, another claymore, this one significantly more extravagant than the Leviathan. Embeded with many jewels that swirled with sparkling color. The hulking warrior moved it around a bit, finding a lot of resistants and weight where ever he moved it. "Why is it so heavy?" Kenjins eyes widened, how is he doing that? "That's your new training weapon, a gift from me."

"Hmmm...." thought Gorin. The echo's return to the Dome was still a secret from most. The Oblivion Master didn't want many people to know anyways.
A libarian looked over to Gorin. He had made an odd request upon entering the library. He wanted to read a book on several theories of what lied beyond the grave. He would chuckle now and then before turning the pages. The source for the echo's amusement was the tortures depicted in graphic detail. None of them could compare to what Gorin had suffered in Echo Side, but they were amusing nontheless. "Toenails torn off and lodged into the victim's pupils?" thought Gorin. He was having so much fun that he didn't mind the nosy librarian. She continually looked over his shoulder to see what he was reading, sometimes making a disgusted noise. She eventually decided that whatever Gorin was looking up was none of her business, and went back to sorting books. Once she was out of sight the Oblivion Master pulle out what he had intended to read. It was one of Grasthos' notes. He established a portal to the late Grasthos' lab in his room so that he could continue unravelling the secrets of his deceased foe's last activities. This particular notebook was the most interesting one yet. Notebook number sixty six, entry seventeen... I have found a new form of energy. It is created by tainting an element. The result is an entirely new element, which mutates the body and soul. I have found that inducing small amounts usually causes death in my test subjects, while large amounts cause mutations. The mutations are incredibly powerful, but have shown no signs of obediance. I terminated all but three of them. The three survivors will be placed in the safe with my notes. None of them need food nor drink, or even air for that matter. Gorin was almost done reading this when he smelled something odd. It seemed that a creature had escaped one of the many training rooms, and was heading for the library. Its scent was followed by the smell of another warrior, a newcomer to the Dome. The creature was a rhino demon, a species that Gorin frequently hunted back in his days as the God of Wrath. Within seconds the rhino demon made it to the library. Its red eyes pulsed with anger when it noticed the many bookshelves in its way. Rhino demons hated having to plow their way through things to get anywhere, and this one was no exception. By now the warrior had made it to the library, and commenced battle with the rhino demon. Gorin decided not to interfere. "I shouldn't mess with somebody else's assignment, although I'll help if it gets out of hand." thought the echo.

Valion slashed the rhino demon's thigh. The beast was damaged greatly by the holy blade, and changed its target to the cyber angel.
Gorin was checking the comatose warrior's vital signs to see if they were still alive. Once he was sure that the warrior was alive Gorin picked them up. He placed the warrior out in the hall. "No need to have them be mauled to death in their sleep." thought Gorin. The Oblivion Master returned to the library to see how Valion was doing. The cyber angel was dodging the rhino demon's charges while countering with his blade. The demon was growing more and more agitated, and began to spew fire from its mouth. Valion dodged the fire and finished the demon off with a blow to the head. Gorin clapped his hands as he circled the demon. "Nicely done. A little sloppy on the counterattacks though." he said.

"The job was completed though, not the way I'd go about it, but only a few are as strong as me." A voice entered the library.
"With your attitude I'm surprised you aren't dead yet." gorin said without turning his head to the direction the voice had come from. "You can't kill the mighty, otherwise I would be dead." The voice said in a lower tone. The owner of the voice entered the library, a tall lizard humanoid, it was Tuariv. He now carried two weapons in a criss-crossed manner behind his back. "Hello Valion." "Hello." The angelic fighter replied. "Ah so you two have met." Gorin smiled. "Yeah, nothing much though." Tuariv said in an even lower tone.

The half angel was following the map she had found after her first lesson. She wanted to get familiar with this place before something bad happened. Her eyes looked over the map once more when she was caught by surprise.
"A library?!" she shouted. Maybe I can find information about this place and the Seasons!, she thought as she followed the map with incredible speed. The half angel turned left, right and passed the dangerous snow room. She reached an old door like that of an ancient castle. It was large and made of stone. It seemed that the ring was to be used to open it and so she would have if it wasn't already open. A rhino lay dead with a bookcase or two on the ground. There was someone wearing black clothes and black skin. Black hair flowed from onto his shoulders. Next to him was a man who had a body that was half human and half... something else. Beyond them was a lizard-like creature with a sword. She went into the library out of such shock. It still amazed her about the other two. Her sheath was glowing white, which showed that there was some type of holy magic in the area. "W... who are you all and what happened?!" she shouted. "Shhh!" the librarian said quietly. OoC: Thanks. Seems I missed that fact. I block sigs, so I had to search for everything.

BIC: Gorin smiled.
"It seems that a rhino demon escaped. It knocked out the warrior that was chasing it, and was quickly dispatched by this fellow." the echo replied. He cocked his head towards Valion as he said the last bit. Tuariv snorted. "Anyways, why have you returned to the Dome?" he asked. The last time the two of them had met was during a battle between three members of the Oblivion Alliance and three of Kenjin's knights. "I learned something from an old foe that I'm trying to make sense of." replied Gorin. The Oblivion Master sat down on one of the nearby chairs. He could here the comatose warrior waking up. "Look who finally decided to come back to the world of the consious." mocked Gorin.

Kai chuckled at Kichaa's remark, it was good to find another human with a sense of humor. But his mention about ancient swords styles perked her attention and was interested in knowing more. "I hope it's not to nosy, but, what kind of sword styles are they?" she asked him.
"The basic ones, if you want to call them that, are attacks and blocks. But they're harder than some of the more advanced ones I've tried," he whispered to her. The Hylian obviously wasn't interested in anyone else knowing about the styles or the book. "Speaking of sword styles, I see you have a sword of your own. What kind is it?" The dragoon looked down at her belt, "Oh, this? It's a scimitar." She unsheathed her weapon and showed it to Kichaa. The iron blade was slightly curved, used for more slashing than stabbing. It also had a small Amythest lodged in the middle, which itself stored lightning magic, and the golden hilt was plain looking. "I'm not too bad with it, though, I could still use some work." Kichaa was still petting Cobalt, who was purring contently, and wondered, "Who taught you how to fight?" Kai sat there for a second, not sure if she wanted to tell him. What harm could it do? she asked herself. "I was taught by my mother and father." He gazed up absentmindedly, "Yes, my father taught me, also."
