A question about our Great and Beloved Webministrator

I have a question about the webmaster Cody that is really starting to drive me against him.

I just looked through the different categories, and I would like to know what he has done to earn a spot in so many places.
I'm not saying he's a bad person, it's just making me not like him. PLEASE explain this to me. I've never seen another webmaster do this. And I can't find much he's done better than any wm I've seen.
