Anyone can join although no killing others characters without permission, and all that jazz.

BiC: Syn walked tirelessly in the cold harsh winds, his cape blowing behind him in all its dark elegance. Syn had all his armor on even his helmet. It was his only protection from the cold. Syn had been traveling in these harsh mountains for days now. He was in search of something. He was in search of answers.
Trudging through the snow, Syn began to hear tunneling it grew louder and louder until a fountain of snow exploded into the air and a Blue Frost Wyrm appeared before him. Syn drew his blade Famine, and jumped back. The wyrm had dashed but quickly turned and tried to dig its teeth into his armor. Luckily, the wyrm was fairly young and couldn't pierce the armor. Syn pulled up his blade and smashed its giant hilt into its skull. Using all of the swords weight. Its skull was smashed and it lay dead.
Walking even further Syn came to a small mansion. Stopping at its old warped doors, Syn knocked hearing its echo through the hallways on the inside, hoping to be taken in for a rest and some food.
