Beyond Perception (any enchanter, preferably an illusionist)

OoC: Alright, this is to help my character Merran learn and develop the shiekah ability to cast illusions.

BiC: "Yet another bustling town filled with worthless surprises and unfriendly faces..." Merran gloomily thought to himself as he passed through the great white walls of a large human province.

The marketplace was huge and bustling with people, this was good! It would make it so much easier for him to steal something from one of the many vendors that displayed lush fruits and hearty meats. Merran's stomach growled with hunger, it had been days since he had last eaten and he still had not a rupee to his name. He casually began to look around so as to see where all the guards were located and if they were watching him. Luckily, none of them were in sight...PERFECT! Cassually making his way to a mutton vender, he quickly and silently caught a large moist chunk of meat from where it hung at the little wooden stand. He carefully stuffed the large chunk into a sachel behind his cloak and made his way somewhere quiet, satisfied with his work.

Moving through the large town, Merran eyed an alleyway that led downwards between two large brick houses. At the bottom of the crevice was a small graveyard. The graves here were mostly those of peasants and were crumbling with age. There was a small creek that ran through the center of this little haven and it seeped from the side of one of the walls that seperated this place from the rest of the city. The water in the creek was a little murky but was a welcoming site for the young traveler.

Merran sat down next to one of the graves that ran by the river, his back faced away from the entrance. He quickly dived into his meal and thought of what his next move would be...perhaps he could find a new target that deserved redemption in this cursed town! If it all worked out, he could make some quick cash while he was at it! The life of an assasin was a grim business...but hey, someones gotta do it! If anything else, he could just enjoy the scenery for a bit. This lush little patch of life and death helped him block out the pointless rambling of cold stone that made up the rest of the city. Merran hated cities, and everything about them. They were emotionless and lacked beauty or any sense of passion.

"That isn't yours" a voice said behind him as the mutton disapeared in his mouth.

Startled, Merran jumped up, both his weapons drawn and ready to face whatever guard this town faced...He was unexpectedly surprised by what he saw when he turned around.
