[Signup] CCS Style: Shirt Design Competition.

This is the official signup for the CCS Style: Shirt Design Competition.

Rules:
•Must use template attached.
•Must be themed/made from a brand/style of CCS Skate Magazine.
•Must be no larger than the given template.
•No transparency other than the white-space on the top.
•No bizzareties:
-Must be something someone in the world would be seen wearing.
-No collars/extremities/etc. coming off the shirt template.
•Must be suitable:
-No curse words.
-No HIGH graphic violence.

Rating system is as follows-
•Basic Structure [0/10]
•Color Scheme [0/10]
•Possibility of Exsistence [0/20]
•Graphic Quality [0/30]
•Graphic Originality [0/30]
