I can't see Zarah's entry either. I'll delay the posting of the threads to give her a chance to fix it. Just to let you know, this weeks theme will be Myths as suggested Viral Maze and Liah.
Also, does anyone have any thoughts on Zarah's idea about narrower themes?

My only thing with narrowing down ideas is that the idea itself still has to be extremely popular so most people know what it is. I've no problem with it otherwise.

I can see Zarah's idea, each of us making a signature of the same thing, like if someone suggested comics, they would have to pick a specific one, like Watchmen.


Which in turn opens to alot more themes.

I think that narrower themes are fine, as long as we still have a combination of broad and narrow themes.
the specific image, with the sneakers, was really fun. I'd like to see more narrow themes,but I'm all about balance ^___^

How about a theme based on a particular noun (which would be shown in the sig as a focal point), but the signature can't have anything to do with that noun in it.

Actually, that's probably a really bad idea, but it's out there anyway. Margar you poser.

I'm still on vacation at Brandon's so it's hard for me to find time to make SotW entries. Sucks that I missed the clothing brands one because I reeeaaally liked that theme. Will try for this week. Also, thanks to everyone who voted for my rockstar sig <3. 'Tis appreciated.

The abundance of entries for last SotW is outstanding!

True, they can, Zarah, but if previous experience proves correct with the SotW people aren't likely to participate if they don't dig/know the theme too well. It's happened a looooooot in the past.

Also, Steve, I love your sig this week.

The next SOTW theme should definately be Michael Jackson. We all should pay homage to the King of Pop.

Or, maybe, it could be music in general.

I have no objections to an MJ theme. He was a brilliant musician, and I'd be happy to remember him in some way. I was going to do some novel oriented theme. If people are happy with just 'Novels' say so. Any other suggestions for narrower themes are welcome too. But yeah, opinions?

Also, while this doesn't pertain to signatures, why not a theme for large pieces (or, you know, larger than a signature anyway).
