Hey not to be a jerk or anything, but Notsil's Rock Star entry is well beyond sig limits. it's too tall
(though it IS totally cute and awesome).

It's not bothering me, and it's not really all that big in the first place.

^I think it's more that the rules state it shouldn't be that big, but to be honest with you, it's not the first time the rules have been broken xD I don't think it's a major deal and it's too late anyway since we're well into voting.

Yeah, I did realise it exceeded the limits, but not being an actual GD mod I wasn't sure if it was my place to exclude entries, so I just left it in.

Ok, been away a while, whats the deal with the three vote rule? why cant i vote for less? I kinda felt i only wanted to vote for Liah's entry (cos it was so damn good, not because anyone elses was bad (mine was probably the worst)).

Seems wierd to have a minimum number of votes rule. I mean, its not particularly annoying, i am just being picky.

Yeah, I'm sorry about that size thing. I was concerned about it, but due to my limited tools/resources, I couldn't really size it down without making the image look ****ty, nor could I crop it smaller without making it look stoopid, so I just left it too large and hoped no one would care. :x

d00d, we've already done an abstract theme *nods* If you go check out the Hall of Fame stickied here in the Competitive Graphics, you'll see all the themes we've done so far. Though! I do dig the idea of vector/pentool I don't know if I'd want to get too into being specific with an idea like use a render/BG has to be filters/pentool, honestly, because we like a challenge, but also should keep things broad so more people can enter, you know? I think if there was one specification (like we did with the pre-chosen image one) that could work.

Aright, . I didn't refine the idea, it just popped into my head and posted it.

And I agree with Liah's suggestions of Magic and Mythological creatures though it would be cool if it was broadened to Myths in general, so we could sigs on people from Myths, like Achilles, rather than only creatures

I had a small idea last night:

what if, instead of doing all these *wide* themes (shows, movies, anime, clothing brands, etc etc) we narrow it down to just one brand/theme inside of those? like for novels, instead of it just being *Novels*, narrow it down to only Harry Potter/Twilight/ any other novel? That way we would have more choices for the future if we ever get stuck on what to chose as a theme?
