It was between Cobra's and Tacheon's; I went with the latter because all Cobra' sigs look the same to me.

It's my style. DEAL WITH IT. If it looks good, who cares if it looks similar to my other work?

I'll just leave it at that, as I don't want another flame war. But i'm tired of people telling me to do something different, and break away from my style. That's not as easy as you might think.

Dude, there's no need to get all butthurt over it. He never said it wasn't good, or that you should changed it; he only said he was tired of it.

I also find it funny that you're stringing a, "I don't want to start a flame war" on the end of a clearly agressive post. : /

Normally I wouldn't get all "butthurt" over it. But it's been said to me tons of times on here, and i'm getting sick of hearing it, is all.


I "strung" that on the end of the post because I didn't want the topic shut down because we're going back and forth at each other, is what I was trying to say.

And I apologize if I come across as aggressive and crass, it's just that i'm tired of being treated like i've been. I see professionals keep the same basic idea for their tags, and nobody ever says anything about it.


Anyway, I apologize again, if I came across as rude.

Cobra-- It's as I've said before. You've got the potential, but the effects are too random. Your work has no flow, and the action is all concentrated in one specific area. You need to learn how to spread things out, or all your pieces will look the same.

Who would want to read a comic that has the same punchline every day? I'm not "dissing your style", I'm giving you advice. So yeah, instead of getting all butthurt about it, think outside the box. Your piece would be awesome, if everything weren't on Snake. It looks like he got hit by a confetti grenade.

Cheers, though.

Fantasy got my vote, it just struck me as the most appealing.

My only advice on it would be: NEVER let a C4D obstruct the view of the text.

Kenshim. He has the most original design.

Cobra, Fantasy, and Tacheon Black are runners up. However, they're just the same old brushing with nothing that new.

Kenshim's metal looking borders and excellently rendered sword and shield is something I've never seen before and shows a mind that thinks outside of the box.

That may just be some artists' expression, but I'm just throwing this out there-- no brushing was used in my entire piece.

Yeah, I liked Kenshim's too, but the only thing that made me like it a bit less than Cobra's is the way Link looks. I don't like the placement, plus he just looks tacky with those effects around him.

It was a tie between Kenshim and Ranil. I like Ranil's a bit better though becasue of it's shift of colors and effects.

That puts me and Cobra in a tie for second with TB in the lead. Let's let this go on a little while longer. Who knows, the tide might change.
