Well, guidelines are guidelines, but seeing how 30px isn't that much of a significant size difference we won't necessarily boot you out of the competition for not changing it - but if you can, maybe, make it smaller, without going through a huge effort, then I encourage that you do that. :3

But if it's too much work to just shorten it a tad (like having to do the whole thing over again), it's really no biggy.

The size rules are generally not taken too seriously. They're more guidelines as opposed to rules set in stone. Obviously entries that take the piss will be disqualified, but other than that it's not really an issue.

The phrase 'take the piss' means when you don't take something serious in any way at all and ridicule it extensively.

For example, if I ridiculed the Prime Minister, I would be said to be 'taking the piss out of the Prime Minister'.
