Question:

If we made a sig a while back but never used it ever, can we enter it?

I'm afraid not. The point of the contest is to make something new as a challenge, no? I can't stop you from entering old things, as I don't have a complete list of every sig made by anyone ever, but I'd imagine that you'd be able to rise to the challenge and make something new, no? :3

I hope that's not sarcasm. I've never really thought of myself to be a master signature crafter, so even if I get one vote, I'll be in heaven.

How is Lysis's entry abstract? It's just a block of nothing.

It's the ZU post background with a drop shadow. It's all about how you interpret the theme. One man's abstract is completely different to anothers, hence the fun of the theme.

Aka, block of nothing. Doesn't seem very abstract to me.

No, it's not. Yeah, I barely see your sigs in the SoTW, but believe me, somehow your current entry looks pretty lovely to me. Maybe the colours... I don't know why. ^^

Umi's entry makes mine look terrible.

Just finished my SOTW entry. Posted. Simple, but I was pretty pleased with it.

@Sephi: I actually like yours. You should post more often around here. That sig displays your knowledge of a few key concepts.

@Alex: Nah, your entry looks great =) I'm quite fond of signatures containing realistic backgrounds. It takes a good artist to blend a cartoon render and photographic background effectively, and you did a nice job.

Thank you then! Yeah, the Heroes and Villains one was my first ever entry, but I think I'm gonna be trying this out from now on.
