lowat our GD thread isn't stickied yet, so let me take care of this now. New SotW signup and voting threads should have been made by now, so give me a couple of hours to handle that. Any more theme suggestions? I know Valentine's day is coming up.

Really hoping for more activity, guys. I know I've been pretty busy these last few weeks, so I don't blame you guys for not being around as much. Go no suggestions for this week, so I picked the theme again (sorry!). But it's horror. Everyone likes horror. Now go.

I wanted to suggest a theme.

I'm not sure what a specific name would be, but I think we should have one with a Static Picture, where everyone uses the same image to make a sig.

Also, I wanted to show off my new Amaterasu sig.

Awesome new sig and interesting set, Snurt! Never played all of Okami, so I'm really digging Amaterasu's human form there.
That's a great suggestion for the next SotW. I can't recall if it's been actually done before, but I know for sure it's been suggested. We should definitely make this happen. If everyone likes this idea, I guess the next step would be to pull out a few renders or stocks you'd like to use for this.

Meanwhile, horror sigs, guys. I'll start working on mine.

The only thing I think might be taken advantage of is like taking the background and gaussian blurring it x100 to make a blurred background, so you can't really tell if they used it or not.
If we do it we should make a rule that says it still has to be recognizable.

Lest I forget, Snurt and Armillary kicked ass last week with 5 votes. BUT Armillary got 4 and had a lovely (lolpuns) sig, so it's in the HoF. Good jorb, good jorb.

I'm glad to see everyone liked the idea of the selected render. If we can get 6+ sigs this week, it'd be very, very cool.

SotW 131 was a huge success. Can't complain about the number of votes (8), but I would've at least liked to see more votes than the number of entries (9). SotW 132, however-- no comment. Attached on SotW 132 is a lame April Fools joke. sanic wins, end of story.
