[Signup] SSBF Round 1: CHARACTER

The theme for round one is 'Character'. Interpret this as you will! Fictional characters, the character of a person or item. GET THOSE IDEAS ROLLING LIKE A SWISS ROLL.


You have until the end of Thursday, 14th October to submit.

The Rules:

1) Signups for each round will last for 5 days, and voting will last for 2 days.

2) Your signature must be somewhat relevant to the theme.

3) The size limit for all signatures is 600 x 200 pixels.

4) You may post one entry per round. You can change or edit your entry as many times as you wish up until the closing date of that round.

5) No old signatures allowed. Entries must be brand new signatures.

Pixel by pixel, I created that owl-creature. I actually was working on it for a while then ditched it, but looking up some new techniques I finish the coloring/shading. His name is Owlbear.

^That has to be the greatest thing I have ever seen.

I had that quote deep in my mind for a long time, since I frequented the EH. When I saw the theme, I just had to dig it back up again, and do something that helped embody that quote.

Or something like that.

EDIT: Made mine a bit smaller and busier, to show the "unease" and "noise/disturbance".

I wanted to associate this one with my favorite thing to do besides play videogames and do parkour! Playing piano! o3o

As a musical person, I think of music as a way to express yourself, how you feel, and the true nature of your soul. A person's character can be hinted at with their style of music, so I found the piano very fitting.

Slicin' an dicin', yo=gangster
yo-ho!=pirate and possible gangster for "You hoe!", though it was intended to be a pirate reference.

Also Character represents the kind of character this Link has, he has the personality of a few different characters it seems!

I don't care if no one else like it, I HIGHLY ENJOYED MAKING THIS because it is the complete opposite of Hidans and Kakuzus' characters XD

Went through alot of hassle to get all the pics I need from diffrent ZUers to complete this sig. But everyone came through in time, so I'm happy

I've been busy this week, and was running late on entering, but then at church tonight we studied a passage that included the verse above. I couldn't resist putting it in my signature for the competition. The theme is character, after all.

Not nearly as polished as I wanted it to be, but it's late and I want to go to bed, so meh. Yay, even number of bodies again.
