Well, I just stopped by ZU for a bit, and I think that despite having a busy life at the moment, I could certainly take one hour and engage in battle against the oppressors of my fellow gender.

well no one has done theirs yet but we did get partnered up (by default you got cody cause I picked my person and you hadn't come on in a while so LS got the other girl) so here we are today, still waiting for this to be over lol.

Essentially, candc and I (and I'm assuming Margar, as well) are just waiting on our opponents for time conformation.

Honestly, if this goes on for another week without response, then I'll just challenge candc (since we're keeping up with this pretty actively), and we can finally draw this war to a close.

After all, we lassies want what's left of the year to gloat over beating you guys ^_-.

(candc: if I do end up going against you, then I'm fine with the Fri 6pm-12pm that you offered kel-bel earlier.)

yeah, he was suppose to be our "number 1" >__> I turns out it will be either me or LS.

I am available weekdays after 3pm EST (8pm GMT, I think).

candc32 and Kel-bel Heroine will be Haiku it out on Monday. Because of ZU new live thread function, you will hopefully be able to watch the battle in real time, so be sure to check in on it.

And for the other contestant, please get on it! Look, Margar just lying there, elaving her self all for the taking to the first man to come along and do it with her! I mean challenger her to a Haiku-off of course.

LS, dude, I've given you all kinds of availability times and clarifications and would like to think that I've been pretty patient 'til now, so let's make this soon since you're finally coming up with a time.

How's this Monday 9-10 MDT (LS time), 11-12 EST (chibi time) sound?

Edit: Also, what happens if LS never show's up (inconvenient circumstances, procrastination, whatever it may be) or if Margar never gets a partner? Will Margar's case be counted as if there is no male opponent, and result in a zero for the men (like a late entry would)? Or for Light Speed's case, if a month passes (as it will have in just a little over a week), and we still can't find a suitable time just to start this thing, are there penalties involved- like a non participating contestant point deduction, a forfeiture of first post rights, or just being dropped from the competition altogether?

I'm just curious. I understand that people have busy lives (as I have a rather hectic one as well) or limited computer time, but if after a month we're still waiting on a start time. . .

This is an hour I'm willing to give to my team despite mid terms looming overhead next week, but I would like to go ahead and get this over with. I don't know how else to stress it without being rude.

Making people wait kinda butts into their lives, too.

Edit 2: Looks like I got my times mixed up. It's supposed to be 9-10 for LS and 11-12 for me (the same 2hr time diff I used earlier in this thread, my math's just wonky). This is no change to LS's time, just to mine, so I'm not looking for the thread to be open and hour early -_-; ).

If Light Speed agrees on a time but doesn't show up, then he loses.

To my knowledge, if Margar does not get an opponent, then neither side wins that one.

We have our second Match up!. Tomorrow night 11-12PM EST, LS and Chibi will be duking it out. Two battles it one day, it should be quite exciting!
