I could use some help

Alright i apologize if this is in the wrong section or something but two of my friends would like to join this forum but they keep encountering complications.

One of them lacks an e-mail address and the registration requires he give one. Any way around this?

Another friend of mine fills out all the necessary information but it won't let him register. Is there something he could be missing?

Just make him an email address? Go to hotmail.com or yahoo.com and get a free address. And use it to register at the forums.
