The Zelda Universe Multimedia Division Thread

Nooooo...someone mentioned "Zelda" and "war" in the same line...now I want a Zelda-themed RTS game xD. (Which is of course entirely genre-inappropriate and probably lacks interest anyway, but...)

In any case, I'd like a little clarification on this concept. Does all the stuff have to be Zelda-related? I notice there's nothing about just straight writing...does multimedia mean all submissions must be in webcomic, picture etc. form, or is plain writing accepted? Will there be a link to a specific page for user submissions from the main page? Can anyone submit anything for consideration, or do you have to sign up as part of the "team" before producing work?

Will there be "awards" for the highest voted submissions and such? And to reiterate, is non-Zelda related work permissible?

Oh, and sorry for the question storm. I'm just curious

I just discovered this part of the forum and was pleasantly surprise when I did; see I do short, often video game related comics now and then. Do you reckon someone like me could start feeding them to ZU?

I'll back up the writing crowd (and/or help spear-head it if need be). I've had plenty of writing experience and could offer services for editing, plot and grammar/spelling as well as general concept and content developing. (Need a Zora Warrior's outfitting described in detail? Want to compare Gerudo and Sheikah spells and find out how to exploit both? Must have that plot twist that absolutely throws the ZU crowd for a loop? <What? You mean Biggoron has been going out with the Desert Goddess? Ew...>)

@ Hero: to give yourself an avatar, go to your user control panel, then click on edit avatar. From their you can either upload a pic or use one of the set ones.

As for uploading, I recommend using either your ZU photo albums or another carrier, such as Photobucket. These are great, as you can host a lot of files and they give you the IMG code needed to paste pictures into forums and sigs.
