The Bulletin Board: A "Help Wanted" Page!

THIS THREAD'S PURPOSE:

For New project managers to recruit helpers/managers for their project ideas.

IMPORTANT:

This thread is NOT for proposing new project ideas. that is to be done in The Community Center. That thread will be where you go to say "hey guys, I was thinking... what if we did something like... (x)"
Then, people can add their input, point out possible problems, express their support or approval for the idea, and the general idea for the project can take shape.

THEN: Once an idea has garnered a measure of interest/approval, the project thinker-uppers come here to advertise for people to help them execute their project. perhapse a person doesn't need any help organizing their project. That's perfectly fine!
If the project goes along and the original manager becomes too overwhelmed and decides they need an assistant, they can come here. Think of this as a "Help Wanted" page!

Wanted: Drawing Artists for The Humulation Chronicles

If you don't know anything about the Humulation Chronicles, please go HERE before reading further.

I need a team of drawing artists that will help me with drawing the animation for the Humulation Chronicles. You don't have to be the best artist out there, but we will be aiming to top the animation from the First HA movie.

How many people can sign up?

I'll take all who wish to join.

What are the requirements?

Not much. You just need to be good with teamwork, and communication is important. Online messenger is preferred, but I have a forum we can use or even a group forum here at ZU where we can gather. We will determine an art style that will be universal to the rest of the show, so you will need to be able to adapt as well.

Any benefits to joining?

Yes. All those who join will automatically be a member of my team: Xtreme Studios. And you will also get a nifty banner made by yours truly:



You will also have access to hidden areas on my forum should you decide to join up there.

EDIT: Also, I forgot to mention the obvious. You will also be listed in the credits.


But I'm not a member of the Humulation Army! Does that mean I can't sign up to join this art team?

Absolutely not. Xtreme Studios is not an HA-exclusive group. Xtreme Studios is behind the art for the Humulation Chronicles, so you don't need to be a member of the Humulation Army in order to sign up.

ZIMPP Needs You!
Alrighty, I'm gonna need a couple of staff members for the ZIMPP project besides myself (and I'm the manager). I need a couple peeps to fill these positions.

- Assistant Manager
- Collectivist

The assistant manager will help me choose graphics artists and regular artists to make the wallpapers for this project and fill in for me when I have to be absent for a long period of time. We need to be able to get along and will consent each other when we find someone we'd like to appoint to a wallpaper job. Kind of like how Presidents of the US appoint Supreme Court members with the consent of Congress, you might say.

The collectivist will be in charge of collecting ideas from the members of ZU for these wallpapers. They'll make a list of what members have suggested to put in that month's trio of wallpapers (three will be made each month). This person has to be hardworking, cooperative, and be good at making lists without leaving suggestions out. This person will also collect the images for the collage wallpapers when I am unable to do it (yeah, the assistant manager could do it as well, but I figure it makes more sense for the collectivist to do it because...well they collect! XD).

I, as the manager, will be making idea threads, leading conferences between the assistant manager, collectivist, and artists about voting on suggestions, and appointing who will make what wallpaper with the consent of the assistant manager again.

Another thing, if the assistant manager cannot be around for a long time at some point, either myself or the collectivist will fill in, whoever is decided. When two of us or even all of us are gone, THERE WILL BE DELAYS. No other choice, because one person can't possibly do all these tasks on their own and, if nobody is around, there's obviously nobody to do anything.

ZU's charity organization, Heat Piece is starting back up. We are looking for people who will be able to dedicate time to this, imput ideas, and help co-ordinate donations and events.
