The Humulation Chronicles (New Series Project!)

Since no one will come to my "castle," I guess I'll put this here too:

I'm sure by now you've seen Hombre's HA movie of awesomeness. He (and those who helped) paved the way for a way to entertain the Humulation Army and others. Now, I am taking further advantage of that as I start a new series of movies:

The Humulation Chronicles

What are the Humulation Chronicles? Well, I'm glad you asked!

In all, it's one large story cut up into chunks of mini-stories. Each episode will be around five minutes long (don't want them too big, for I am the one that will be uploading them).

Plot:

Blizzaga (that's me) is writing a letter to humulos who is away on his mission, informing him on the what's going on with the Humulation Army. The story starts and ends (along with each episode) with Blizzaga writing to humulos. Each episode will start with Blizzaga writing on a certain topic or other, like a narrative, then it will flash into the actual good stuff. Sort of like a flash back, where the focus isn't on Blizzaga anymore, but the "acting out" of the topic he is informing humulos about.

For instance, let's say Blizzaga starts writing about GoT.

"And then there's God of Twilight. The poor guy has been stuck in a cage for quite some time now. How that happened is quite an interesting story..."

Then it would flash to "real time" where the "actual people" will be acting it out. This will be the meat of the episode.

There may be some transitions between scenes where it focuses on Blizzaga again as he gives his thoughts about what happened, then starts talking about another part of the story, then it will go back to the acting again.

The episode will end with Blizzaga giving his final thoughts on the subject. The series will also end this way. So, you can say that there's an air of remembrance about it as Blizzaga recalls all this stuff and writes on a parchment to humulos about it.


There you have it. That's pretty much the frame and structure of the Humulation Chronicles. Now we can get on to the more interesting stuff.

Like I said, it will be like telling a bunch of stories, although the actual stories will be acted out and not narrated.

- Episode 1: HA Boot Camp - (or Joining the HA Part 2)

Written by: Blizzaga
Voices: Twilight Wolf, Midori Rinku, efo, Blizzaga, and maybe a few others
Artwork: Blizzaga, and maybe some others

Plot:

The Humulation Army first learns of a new orginization, called The Dark Void, that has every intention to destroy the HA. Despite everyone's arrogance towards them, Hombre orders Blizzaga to train the HA newbies to be ready for any attack from them. Blizzaga acts as a drill sarge and sensei as he teaches them the ways of combat. Midori-Rinku just barely joined the HA, and now finds herself fighting a conflict within. Will she overcome impossible odds and clear the bar set for her, or will she give up and leave the HA?

- Episode 2: Rise of the Dark Void -

This episode will focus on how the Dark Void comes to power and their intentions. Sort of like a prequel to HA Bootcamp.


- Episode 3: Stuck in a Cage -

I've had this episode in mind since the very beginning. It was originally planned to be the first episode, but I felt that it was important to establish the main plot first. Stuck in a Cage is about God of Twilight, who's sealed away in a cage (from the first HA movie) and how a few of his friends try to get him out of the cage. When the HA learns of the powerful magic keeping Twilight Kitty in, will they do whatever it takes to free their comrade?



That's all I'm willing to share at the moment. Believe me, I have more, but that shall suffice for now. There are more episodes planned and currently being planned right at this moment. I have already planned the end of the series. We at the HA are very excited for this project, and hopefully it will pick up more as we progress. ^_^

Oops. Sorry!

For what it's worth the similarities are entirely coincidental. I don't see what wrong with you continuing with "ZU Chronicles." It will probably be a bigger hit anyways.

^I agree. Anime_Queen has all of ZU to work with, and the H.A. is only around 100 members strong. Being the figure that Anime_Queen is, everything she makes is automatically famous in ZU.

Either that or some rouge Boba Fett type dude who keeps popping up who has a dark past, sweet armor, my awesome voice and sides with NO ONE.

No. The only thing that's really being parodied is the original thread in the advertisement section where the leader of the DVA announced the groups rise and their intentions. Other than that, the Dark Void is a completely made up organization.

Thank you, but I would MUCH prefer the second role I posted, since I don't necessarily side with either Dark Void or The Humulation Army.

However, if you find that you don't need/want such a role, just sign me up for the techno nerd.

I'll post a picture of how I'd like when I know which role I'm going to be.

Okay, since you feel so strongly about it, I'll see what I can do. ^_^

Also, it is possible for you to do both. I and others will be voicing minor roles besides our own. Just something to think about.

Also also, this is a completely fictional story. It matters not whether you side with anyone (though, I thought you were a Hume anyway?), since most of this will be made up. And again, the Dark Void of the series is NOT the Dark Void Army of Zelda Universe, so no worries there.
