Fight One: Singing Competition!

Due Date: 10PM GMT

Judges: Nénuë and Jinny from Team Lassie and Nolan and Mattocks from Team Lads

Contestants: Eve, Margar, and Skullkid from Team Lassie, Malevolti, Jason, and Power Shot from Team Lads

Rules and Regulations: Each team provides three songs from three contestants, either original or not. All must be themed upon the superiority of the contestants' genders, and can be original. Original songs must be shorter than 2:30 minutes, but other songs can be longer. Each team's songs will be submitted to the Team Leaders, Anime_Queen and Power Shot, to ensure quality, before being headed to the Judges.

Judge Guidlines: Each song is to be judged in four categories: Team Spirit, Quality, Originality, and Entertainment. Each category is awarded one to ten points, with one being the lowest and ten being the highest. These points are then added up from each individual Judge, then combined to form the final score for each Song. Each Song's points are then combined with the other Songs from the Team, with the Team having the highest amount of points winning the first Fight.

Well, lads and lassies, I am pleased to open this, the first Fight of the Gender War. Now, for this competition, we have asked each Team to submit three songs to express the awesomeness of their gender or insult the other Gender. As the Commander of the Man Strong Men, I have received all of the links to our three songs.

The Contestants from the Male Team are thus:

1. Our Talented Warrior- Malevolti, singing "Girls are Ugly"
   
2. The Owner of ZeldaUniverse- Jason, singing "Winning"
   
3. The Commander of the Men- Power Shot, singing "Amazons of ZeldaUniverse"

And here are the women's entries!

1. The PodCast Editor, Margar, singing "Isn't it Lovely?"
   
2. The Newbie of the Lassies, Skull Kid, singing "Better than You"
   
3. The Death Note Fan, Mrs. Kassi Aileron, singing "Brough to you, by the letter "L""

I can't listen to MegaUploads, because it acts like a twat to people who aren't in America. (Won't let me load anything unless I download some stupid toolbar).

Jason's is awesome and should be released for radio, though. :3

I figured out how to modify my voice for that. Wanted a man-girl voice for the whole "Marching off to war" bit and whatnot.

Haha, nice songs, guys. Malevolti's had a pretty catchy artsy metal sound to it.

I finished mine hours ago and I sent it to Margar, so it should be up once she deals with it. As Asia said, I only found out about this whole thing like a day ago since I don't go on ZU as much as others, so I had very little time to assemble the whole thing. But I think I did a nice job for all the time constraints. I think you'll like the music, though - it may seem familiar to you. =3

I like how shot said his voice cracked or something er other and he went with a "girly" thing or something. I wasn't paying attention to detail, just the fact that he attempted to use femininity to his advantage.

Shotty, I sent you a PM before when I submitted it with an alternate link to an M4A file. I changed the link to that one.

Now you can all hear myawesomeness. I apologize for the amount of distortion in my voice - this was my first test playing with Logic Pro 8 and I had no idea how to adjust the volume level on my mic! But feel free to sing along! It has 24 tracks of me singing on top of myself.
