ZU HEROES AND VILLAINS

Throwing my own card into the community hat, which is another ZU-oriented comic series that I thought would be cool.

So if you are interested in this, leave a comment below about what kind of character you would like to be and whatnot, whether it's a hero or villain, traits, powers, etc. Or even leave comments below on your opinions and ideas.

NOTE: Don't feel bad at all about leaving me with as much detail about your character as possible. Believe me, the more information I have, the more likely it is going to get into the story early.

It is definitely okay to PM me for any story ideas you might have, (as to avoid spoilers, if you care about that )

except funky-looking doodles and color vomitting, but also hopefully a fun time.

This sounds wonderful! I'd be careful, though, in leaving it too open 'cause if you have an open policy to join, you'll prob get flooded. Take this from someone who has run events on ZU for a while, and often does ♥♥♥♥ -about- ZUers; people tend to flock to these things 'cause they like seeing their faces/names involved, and the numbers can skyrocket. I know you're just testing the waters in seeing if interest is there, but just a head's up!

Can we submit quick doodles of how we'd imagine to look, or you wanna take the lead with that?

I definitely hadn't even considered the flooding sceneario happening. I may need to delve into awkward specifics, but I think that by editing the OP things can turn out better to avoid that.

Sure thing on the characterization and whatnot, although I'll add in the OP that story requests would be best left to PM, as to omit potential spoiling.

PLEASE DO submit sketches! I'd love to see them and use them, because this is pretty much intended to be a community effort, with most ideas coming from random suggestions and characters.

This sounds great, to be honest. It's wonderful of you to do it. As Liah wrote, it is very possible that this will become flooded once more people start noticing it.

I've always had this idea of a really lame, cheesy 60's styled Batman villain named

'THE PUN'

And, you've guessed it, he makes puns.

a lot of terrible puns.

He's more of a comic relief I guess? Every time he appears, he's always a mood killer.
His puns are always followed by a really squeaky, annoying, cynical laugh.

I'm not sure how that was helpful, but if you're in the need for some weird extra, here you go.

I'm going to be drawing the first strip today! I don't think I'll be able to fit everyone in immediatly, but I'll try to incorporate everything well based off of how much info I have now.
