You do make yourself heard and have had an effect on ZU so you deserve it, congrats.

Theresa is the kinda ZUer who drops in every now and then, but when she does, it's REALLY hard to miss her.

Only cos I FART ALL OVER THE PLACE HA HA HA

She's hella quirky and some of the ♥♥♥♥ she posts usually has a lot of us in fits of giggles.

Over in the art board, her thread is... well ♥♥♥♥, take a look, I mean for ♥♥♥♥'s sake, she named the thread "P O O" lol. Her artwork is unusual, has a wonderful sense of charisma and is filled with odd bits and pieces, like it's honestly hard to go into there and find anything -generic-. Her art speaks WONDERS of her personality.

Over in her clan Farore where she's most active, I think I can safely say that she's well-loved in that area for her hilarity and quirky sense of humour. She had a thread going called "MSPaintified Portraits" where she'd take photos of ZUers and turn them into ART through MSPaint. Here's some examples of her work:

In the Graphic Design, she'll sometimes enter the competitions, but the thing is she ONLY ever uses MSPaint. So, while all us fancy GFXers are up in our GIMP and Photoshop, she's making stuff in MSPaint. Here's an example of a larger piece she did for a competition themed "Nature":

I really like hanging out in Farore cos everyone there's pretty bangin. Same w/ the graphics corner. I know I don't say much but I like to read and look about and just stare at people. Something of a voyeur, maybe.

(Can I also point out that for maybe two or three years straight she's been nominated for the "Sabbo Award: been posting for a long time but never been noticed" or whatever it's called, and she loses every time lol)

It's true, man. For real tho you guys, I never win. Why not? Answer me that ZU. That's the only award I even care about. You guys are really breaking my balls w/ this one.

Theresa, is a gem of a ZUer who is a prime example of even though you may not post often, when you do post you make -every contribution count-. She's been on ZU almost as long as I have and though she isn't as active, she has a special spot with a lot of older and newer members alike because she's so easy to get along with.

As a person, she is one of the best friends you'll ever make, if you ever get the chance to befriend her. Kind, loyal, strong, understanding, open-minded and a great listener, I can't begin to tell you guys the virtues of this woman. I'VE KINDA SORTA KNOWN HER HER ENTIRE LIFE so I say this with absolute confidence.

Oh and congrats Vulpes! I realise that I was the special person of ZU LAST WEEK and I'm being outrageously rude to Vulpes by posting such a long winded response when it's his turn but in my defense *burps the entire alphabet*

First, I would like to say thank you to the staff for selecting me for this honor. I would especially like to thank Liah for the kind words she has written about me. I would also like to thank all the people who have congratulated me.

Unfortunately, I feel I must decline this honor, at least on a personal level. It would have been better for me to have done this earlier, but I required some time to decide how I felt about this. So that my actions are not misinterpreted, I would like to make some of my reasons public.

To begin, I would like to state categorically that my refusal is not in any way meant to reflect my feelings towards the forum staff (either individually or as a group), former winners, the award, or ZU in general.

It took some time for me to realize my main reason for not wanting to accept this award. I do not wish to be idolized. I want every member to judge me for themselves, based on my words and deeds, and not on any awards, even very select and honorable ones. If an individual wishes to praise me, they are welcome to; however, I do not want any other members to feel obligated to do the same.

For this reason, I, personally, respectfully decline this award. However, in order to avoid unnecessarily inconveniencing the staff, and out of recognition of the time and effort the staff spent on selecting me, and especially the time and effort spent on Liah's panegyric, I do not demand that the staff elect a replacement and expunge my selection, although they are of course free to do so if they wish.
