Southern California Meetup STRIKES BACK!

Lets do it again, guys!

We had a lot of fun at Six Flags two years ago, and it's been so dull since.

We will need:
PEOPLE!

Location

Date/Time

Transportation

We are kinda planning a Disneyland trip (really the only reason we go down that way) around September. Its just a plan so nothing is definite but, i have brought up the idea of meeting up with you lot again to my boyfriend. He was all "Yeah totes, mang!"

One way or another, I'm going to the next meetup. :< Transportation isn't an issue for me anymore (unless my car dies on me for whatever reason). Whether or not I can give people other rides along the way remains to be seen. I live in the Granada Hills area, by the way. Any place is fine for me (as long as I don't have to drive 50+ miles). Unless it's for snooooow!

OH YEAH! At this point I think an hour and a half drive each direction is my limit, unfortunately. My poor car doesn't like 2 hour trips anymore. ;__; We'll try to work around it if necessary, cause I know Riverside is oh so boring.

I vote Disneyland... mostly because I have a premium pass and the last time we went to Disneyland it was a success. I don't care when... because I can go whenever I want.

And she told me she saw you there, ha ha ha. I think it's funny that you and I met up twice and hardly talk, and that you two are so tight.

But she loved me first.


Breeze is cool with Disneyland, but her pass expires in August! =(

Hey Breeze, you could probably arrange one to happen sooner AND do one in September!

Another vote in for Disneyland, though I'm not sure if this year is the year for me.

I don't live in California anymore so I won't be able to make most likely. But if its the right date I could probably arrange for a trip back home.

Who has hookups for coupons or something to Disneyland? 'Cause if one of you provides a discount somehow or Disneyland happens to be having some kind of promotion going on, then I'll pretty much be set on going.

I'm hearing a lot for Disneyland, at the expense of it being.. expensive.

We could do the slightly cheaper Knotts or Six Flags again, or something completely different like.... iono. Pinatas in a park, or mini golfing or something like that.

(But I do like Disneyland!)

End of September is tricky because of school usually. =////

Having two might be fun, but they're so hard to coordinate, it might not be worth it. (unless we have some interest)

We are planning on spending a couple of days down there. My boyfriend has never been to Magic Mountain so it IS an idea but its kinda far from Anaheim which we will be staying. I dunno. Ill talk to him. At very least, i want to have dinner with you lot!

I'm not concerned about hotel costs because I get hotel discounts, and for other people who know/trust each other, they can split rooms to save money. What I'm most concerned about is the flight cost on top of everything else. We have to do a lot of flying back and forth from Seattle to New Jersey over the next year or so. We might not be able to afford a flight down to SoCal on top of everything else but we'll definitely try.

If all else fails we can invite you and everyone else to PAX in September and possibly house some people.
