It's On! Gender Wars 2010 Official Thread

After losing it on the men of the ZUBC, Margar declared the 3rd anual ZU Gender Wars to get back at them. So as the Gender Wars commissioner, I would like to officially delcare the start of the

2010 Zelda Universe



That's right everyone, it's ON! The gals have kicked male ass in the last two battles, so it's time to see if the men can defend their pride this year as the sexes go at it again.

The Gender Wars will work like this. There will be 7 events (events and dates are listed below). In each event, between 1 and 4 prticipants from each team will compete. They will create entries in accordance with the rules and regulation for each event, which will be posted in it's oen thread on the starting date for that event. The judges will scroe all entries, which will then be avaeraged and added together to make the teams total. The team with the higher total wins the event. At the end of the wars, the team which has won the most events, wins the war.

This thread's purpose is for any questions to be answered, organization and updates. To keep it clean so all that can easily be done and found, please keep all the bickering and trash talk to the apropriate thread.

Good question!

The way this works is with a captain and assistant captain leading each gender. A set of events are selected, things like art work, singing, haikus and essays, and a set number of participants from each team creat submissions for those events. The submissions are then scored by a pannel of volenteer judges. Which ever team gets the highest total scores wins the event. Which ever team wins the most events, wins the war. So far the men have gotten thier asses kicked twice.

Intriguing... I will have to join these Gender Wars. Destruction to the females! (Assuming POWERSHOT STARTS THE THREAD!!! (There, I'm harassing him. )

i fore one think that a ying yang type thing would be better with pink vs blue just my idea or something that shows some conflicting sides

No, anyone can participate. Captains are in charge of picking which people will battle (each event will have between 1 and 4 participants per team), but everyone is encouraged to volenteer.

so do we have to "make the team" like in sports at the begIning or do you pick any pirson who is in your gender who is qualified for the chalenge
