Re: Gender Wars 2009: Results Thread

The events have obviously been manipulated so that the girls would win. Seeing I didn't get to preform, I really don't care though.

I think the whole thing was bull****. Now I don't mean that I thought that it was was bull**** that the women won, I think that the whole concept of a "Gender War" is bull****, even if it is just for fun. When are we gonna see the Gender War where everyone realizes how stupid this game is and just has big ol orgy?

Not that it changes anything, but why did the boys have to drop one for artwork, but the girls didn't have to drop one for essay? Also, I am sickened. It seems Cody and I are the only true men on these forums. Cody and I should start our own man club, where we do manly things, like crushing women with our haiku skills, and laugh at the piteous shemales who infest these boards.

shemales?

Bah- I think there must have been a clerical error in the tallying of the results. I totally beat Cody at the Haiku assault.

Metrosexual men in touch with their feminine side. I don't even have a feminine side, let alone touched one.

Also, I think by this point we've conclusively proven that true men are much better at haikus, and in fact at everything else, than woman are. It's just a shame there are only two of us on this forum who've taken part so far. However, my plan is to scour the internet for the manliest men, and all shall be approved by Cody and I, and when we have our team of manly men, who piss testosterone, and smoke those cigars that make that give off that smoke that you could cut into blocks and sell as building materials, and can kill bears with their testicles, well, when we have this team, we shall descend.

And you shall be sorry.

evidently your definition and my definition of "shemales" are very different.
*pats your head* How cute. Stay innocent, Crabby. It's almost endearing.

Crabs, you make me look forward to next year.

As for your question about the art and essays, I explained it earlier. Beofre the Art Melee it was agreed we would do a 3 on 2 battle because the women could not find a third contestant, and we didn't want to tell one of the men at the last second they couldn't participate. The essays however were supposed to be 3 on 3. The men had 3 people ready, but the third essay was never submitted.

I could've sworn ZU had more female artists than male...

And I'm still waiting for a source on your claim.

We had sign up sheets. Guys had three people signed up for almost every event, with two or three extras for all of them. Lassies, after my constant campaigning, could barely manage three per category. For some there was simply no one left. The difference was that the guys had three people signed up for the essays and someone didn't enter, but the lassies just never signed someone up because there simply wasn't anyone I could draft into doing it.

Basically, winning's no fun if you're playing against a stuffed bunny.

I had thought the Art contest was an exception to that, but I guess I'm probably wrong.
