Sorry we took it so long, but we had to make it convincing. Please forgive us, eh? =)

I guess the cat is out of the bag now. We just finalized the deal five minutes ago - Didn't take you long to claim what's rightfully yours, Trey!

After three years, it feels more than a little weird to not be in charge of ZU anymore. As Trey said, most of my work will be "behind-the-scenes" jobs. But, I am sure the new webmasters will do a great job with the site - I have seen their portfolios already, and they seem very capable.

Anyways, after days of negotiation, I feel that I deserve a break from it all. I'll be taking my leave for a while, but you can count on me to return to the community again!

From what info you gave us staff, I'm not completely freaked out by this. AnakiN- wouldn't make any mistakes, I'm sure, and that means this must be a good thing.

AnakiN-, I will miss you, and I wait for the day of your return. Take a rest now, you certainly deserves it after all the hard work

I guess that I'll be one of the first to reply in this topic that will go on forever.

Its sad to see ZU change, but, as some chinese proverb says: 'In this world, change is the only thing that is certain.'

Whether this be for good or for ill I'll probably stay. I'm glad to see that the moderators will regain their positions.

Anakin, I see this as a good desicion. I'm glad that you're doing what you want to. I personally would have given up ages ago . I also like how you stood by the community, informed us what would be happening first and everything. One of the best webmasters on the internet. Thats why Gamespot wants you!

And I guess thats all I'll say for the moment...

Well, now that all the confusion is cleared I can say I'm not freaked, and I haven't been, though these few days have been a little awkward.
Anakin would make a good decision, as he cares for this community, so this can't be the end of ZU as I've heard flying around randomly, the end? nah... =)

Anakin I'll miss you around, and looking forward to your return but yes your rest is well deserved! So enjoy the time off.

Hmmm...I'm still not sure what to think of this...

I'm not too glad for the change, the forum seemed to go good as it was, but I can understand why it's tooken over.

But I will not like it if(mark: if) the clans are shut down. Not like it. The clans aren't seperating people, everyone seems to think so. I can't speak for everyone, but I've never heard anyone speaking out against the clans.

I would like it best if as few as possible changes was made.

And I will neither like it if(mark: if) payment is introduced to the forum. That would sepparate people.

I, for one, welcome our new Gamespot overlords.
