Weapon: A small, black pistol. No, it's not a magical pistol. It cannot shoot fire balls or lightning. And yes, it uses real, limited ammo. Costly ammo, at that. It holds one clip at a time, which holds seven bullets.

Strengths: First, his prowess with a fire arm, due to all the years of practice.

Second, his ability to teleport and the benefits (be they in terms of combat, mobility, or otherwise) that came with it. In that regard, another strength is the large amount of energy he can expend towards teleporting, due to years of honing the skill.

Weakness: Having a limited supply of ammunition and very little money with which to refill that ammunition, Jake has to use his pistol sparingly.

In terms of his teleportation, he has to know where he's going in order to teleport there. He doesn't need to have been to the place in question, but he needs to know how to get there. Without this invaluable information, he is rendered incapable of teleporting there.

Skills/Magic: Jake has the interesting ability to instantaneously teleport himself and other objects. He does this by psychically transporting the matter composing his body to a new location at ridiculous speeds. The energy this consumes depends on the amount of matter transported, the distance it travels, and the force the matter either loses of gains during the process.

For example, if Jake were to teleport himself and a friend of the exact same density, it would take twice as much energy as transporting himself alone. If he were to teleport himself 10 meters as opposed to 5 meters, it would take twice as much energy. If he came out of a teleportation moving at 10 km/h as opposed to 5 km/h, it would require twice as much energy, and so forth.

Any energy present prior to the jump can be used to aid the teleportation. For example, Jake could theoretically transport a train with little trouble, given the train was already in motion.

An important note: Jake can only teleport to a location if he has the energy needed to displace the matter occupying the space in question. As a result, he can easily teleport himself into gases or liquids, but teleporting himself into solid matter is often difficult if not impossible.

Appearance: Jake is an average human male. He's seventeen years old with unkempt brown hair. He has hazel eyes and a charming smile. He's about average height for someone his age. Although he is not extremely muscular, he is slightly larger than the average person his age.

Personality: Clichéd as it may be, Jake is a typical easy going yet determined young protagonist. He is smart and excels at tactical planning, logic and reasoning. As a child, he was praised for his quick wit, sharp eye, and steady hand.

If for no other reason than to have a flaw, Jake isn't the best judge of character. Essentially, he doesn't question the motives of anyone around him and is perfectly content to just concern himself with his life and the problems that lie therein.

Overall, Jake is a nice guy. If anything, he's a bit too indifferent to the people around him. While he takes the time to consider their concerns, he's never overly worried about any negative intentions they might have.

Biography: Jake was born to Christopher and Mary Drummond. His father was fond of hunting and owned a house far away from the city for that sole purpose. He taught him about guns and hunting at a very early age, much to the dismay of his mother.

At the age of 12, Jacob discovered that he was capable of teleporting himself from one place to another, much like his estranged uncle claimed to be able to do. Fearing a reaction from his father that would be similar to the reaction received by his uncle, Jacob left the farm and took with him only a pistol: a weapon of self defense and the only gun his father had ever forbade him to touch.

He spent the rest of his childhood hunting and learning about fire arms, which had always intrigued him much more than the act of hunting itself. He spent his time on his travels perfecting his ability of teleportation.

His ability changed the world around him. Space became a mere speck of dust in his hand. There was nowhere he couldn't go; no height he couldn't reach. Boundaries crumbled and walls disappeared right in front of his eyes. The world became his sandbox; its people, his sand.

Secondly:You say he can teleport...but how? I mean when did he learn about this ability, and how did he learn how to use it?
Thirdly:Lengthen the Biography, and personality section.
