Weapon:
Throwing stars: Six of these stars always accompany Nero wherever he may go. Kept in a small pouch aside him, they are set at easy access for his use when needed. Five pointed blades on each throwing star, these are all curved along the star and reach a length of four inches each from center to tip.

Double Edged Knife: This is something very small that Nero keeps on his person at all times. It measures a total of eight inches in length and is a double sided blade with sharp tip. It is in a small sheath kept at his side, tied to his belt.
Armor: Because of time spent with military forces, Nero was able to snag himself some basic body armor. The armor covers his chest, most of the arms, and most of the leg area. It is in plates that are big enough to cover the area, but broken down enough to allow him to move adequately. These plates are each made of one quarter inch thick titanium.

Nero does wear a trench coat also, but this is really nothing top note as it just slightly slow the impact as it must first soften the blow or be cut through depending upon the attack.

Strengths: Nero has the amazing ability to control the elements around him. His flexibility is above normal as he has been trained to maneuver in various terrains. His acceleration and speed is also great, but his strength is somewhat lacking because of all this. However, his hand grip is however immense as he prides himself on his battle combats with swords, large wooden sticks, lead pips of varying length, or anything of the sort.

Weaknesses: Nero is a man that has been very brave and confronted almost any scenario head on. One of his biggest flaws though is learning to rely upon others; unable to see the good they could offer as assistance to overcome things.

Nero is a very cunning man though and has spotted differences in an opponents attack, but sometimes is blinded by his will to fight on that he doesn’t always back away from a battle.

Nero isn’t one to leave someone stranded. If rescue is possible, and the person can heal, Jasper will go forward and save them if he is in good terms with them.

His body is susceptible to many forms of attacks. Things such as bullets, or anything of a piercing nature is able to go right through his armor and damage him. Each blow besides those of blunt nature rattles around the armor where hit, quickly causing the metal frame to shake and stun him for a second or so leaving him open for further assault on the specified area.
Power Weakness: When in use of the elemental control, Nero fades into this tight knit concentration mode. His body's acceleration and speed fade drastically. When this concentration mode happens, he moves like you were watching slow motion film, but he is stuck like that while doing so. His body is susceptible to all forms of attack at this moment and any atack does double the damage.

The energy level needed to use these powers is immense and takes a huge toll on the body of nero. If he doesn't get back into the concentration mode within a limited amount of time after it is broken, (1 post by me of not going back into it) then his body fades drastically and needs to replenish energy, stopping him of all motions until he either feeds himself, or he has time to rest and regain the energy level needed (4 posts after the original 1). he is also unable to move adequately to run and hide from the enemy until he is at least halfway back to normal and only then does he regain the strength to somewhat use hand to hand and weaponry if needed(2 posts on top of the original one, so 3 in total.).

Elemental Control:
Water: His control over water attains to that of bodies of water and any present liquid. Able to transport the liquid into a specified area, or over a given area, he is able to also raise and lower the humidity levels because of this. Any solid form around him, tree or anything that is living, but not of human form that possesses a true soul may be susceptible to this attack and be overloaded or drained causing things to break as he pleases.

Air: The power to control Air is another magical ability obtained. Wind gusts are the most basic form of control he has. The speed at which these gusts blow vary depending on the intensity he seeks, up to and not exceeding that of fifty miles an hour. Although they are strong winds, these actually can have the purpose to knock someone or something over, or can be used in chances to curve the path of an object, depending on the size. The bigger the object, the better the chance that it could blow as smaller things won’t be hit as well. Ability to shift cloud cover can also be given in this.

Fire: Another ability is his control over fire. Heat is the most important thing given by fire and he can control the temperature of it. Depending on how wet anything is, Nero is able to sprout fire around a given area and keep it fed due to the ability to make sure air is present to supply oxygen The biggest difference between this and a normal fire is that if Nero is creating it, the fire doesn’t need to be fed anything to survive but his power as long as he wills it to burn.
Skills:
Cover: This is one of the greatest skills jasper has acquired within his time of learning his powers. With merging the ability of Water and Air, Jasper can create great clouds of fog to surround the area. The density is in his question as can be thin enough for some to see, or thick enough even people with the greatest vision would struggle.

Storms: Using the ability of moisture, combined with the ability of cloud cover, a ferocious storm can be brought forth. Depending on the factor of the temperature in the air, or whatever Jasper may make it, depends on what may fall from this storm. Rain, Hail, Snow, or even a form of boiling rain will be possible due to the temperature in the atmosphere.

Lightning Strike: Along with the storm power, Jasper has the ability to cause a lot of built up heat inside the clouds. When enough is done, he can summon lightning bolts to rain down upon the field in a specified area, but the precision isn’t perfect as it can sway slightly to the side and have a grand total of 30% chance for a direct hit. The effects of the blast afterwards can still hurt though if something is struck up from the ground and brought into contact with a person.

Hand To Hand Weaponry Combat: Along his time being in the tribe, Jasper was taught how to fight in various forms. His favorite however was in weaponry combat of a semi close range with small bits of hand to hand tossed in. When using weapons, weather it be a stick, a lead pipe, or anything else in length that can be used, he is very well trained and able to wield in high-speed battles.
Ways To Use Powers: For any of the mystical powers listed above for his elemental control, Nero doesn't need any sort of weaponry like a staff to perform these powers. These don't require anything else that is special like hand gestures, chants, or special surroundings. The ONLY requirement is vast amount of concentration, which can only be given when Nero slows all his motions down drastically to a super slow pace. His defense is the weakest at that time and takes 10 seconds after he breaks the concentration to get back to normal speed.

All these powers take time to build in intensity, as he learns the more masterful control of his powers. As time passes, Nero learns to summon things quicker, then in a more ferocious amount if he desires. If given enough years behind his experience, he would then have the power to summon the harshest of conditions in mere seconds, instead of four minutes like it currently takes.

Appearance: With the armor underneath the regular clothing, Nero Usually wears a light weight black trench coat to hide his arsenal of small goodies he is usually carrying with him. The shirt he wears is very loose upon him to allow his body to breathe, even in the harshest of weather conditions he might create. The pants are reminiscent of Tripp bondage pants, but slightly tighter on him. No chains are apparent upon his legs, nor straps. He wears regular black Vans shoes to allow for best mobility.

Personality: Nero is a man that likes to keep to himself most of the time. He will keenly listen to any conversation around him, but unless it specifically includes him, he shall not speak.

Biography: Nero is a man who was raised in a tribal community inside the deep regions of Africa. He was born in America, but was transferred over there by his father who was in the military. At the time, his father was killed, so he was stranded from the armed forces and taken in by the local tribe. The most confusing point about the man is he wasn’t left with any identification other then the picture of his father and rusted dog tags. This meant that Nero doesn’t know anything about his lineage. Seen as unique, they could sense his powers within of something mystical and helped bring it forth. The tribe was still unknown to Nero, but he forced everything upon himself to try and learn what he could. As time grew, he learned his powers and what they were, trying to grasp the control of their essences. With being the man who was meant to be a change in everything, the military forces captured him in the midst of the night, taking him back to what is essentially Area 51. With their random tests, they found him to be one of their strongest weapons, although he looked fragile compared to most. Armed with his magickal abilities, they also constructed him a sword.

Said sword that was constructed for him wasn’t of the strongest materials, but he took it because of his refusal of any long range weaponry. Crafted at exactly four feet for the length of the blade, Nero used this for everything he needed. He carried a variety of small weaponry upon him of other knives, throwing blades and such as metallic sharp things always fascinated him. As time went on, Nero grew tired of these people as he was in his late teenage years. With enough practice under him, Nero plotted his escape from these men once and for all. One day on a training exercise, he tricked them all by unleashing a cloud cover of fog in the air that kept them confused. With the knowledge of the terrain, he fled and hasn’t been seen since. The sword however was left behind for a lone brave warrior of the tribe when they all tried to flee. This warrior was found a year later, dead from battle wounds suffered through trying to defeat the army by himself. The sword was then taken by Nero and buried to make sure none would ever get the honor of it again, but only after the blade was broken cleanly in half.

After a long time spent on Earth, Nero was looking for different things to interest him as he wasn't able to maintain the same feelings towards everyone there. His wishes were granted when he finally was able to find a space craft when he snuck into a military base, going out and finally getting away from his surroundings. The place he is at now is unknown to him and is starting a new adventure for a man who has yet to even fulfill alot of his life.
