Gray possesses the spirit of a legendary being named Hollow (this spirit holds the winds of the planet under his control and his powers can only be discovered through their host's aquirement of knowledge regarding this power and their host's feelings.)
Desiring Gray's power, this being gave Gray the ability to control the wind element (all the winds of the earth)...
For a price... : Gray was to become a vessal to Hollow, and both of them, bound together were to cleanse the planet of all evil, stopping anyone who gets in their path.

Weapon:
Named "Ciel Gris" (Gray's long-sword/saber) had been passed down through a generations of Protectors and ended up in his family. This blade was created by th Protectors of the planet, long before Gray's time. Extremely heavy sword-but, Gray's insane will power carries the light burden of helping him carry this sword so the sword is very light to Gray (has a bit of a curve to it, no hand guard, has long grey ribbon that stems out from the bottom of the handle) Attributes: The sword is powered by Gray's will-determination (used emphatetically)-and his feelings/desires, amplify his sword's power and contribute to the powerful gale currents that flow through his blade (when using the wind element).
Armor: none (just basic clothing)

Strengths:
Stratagizing/analyzation and strong intuition. Was a soldier/assassin and the last survivor of the Great War -a war that divided the East and West of his country on account of the country's leader being assasinated- before he recieved his spirit (Gray is what you might call an ex-soldier). Has a great amount of agility, due to the experiance that he gained from the 3 years of training and combat with the use of his sword in the World War. His massive will-power takes the form of a current that leaks out of his body when in danger, and flows around him and his weapon to protect him. This power can also be triggered by Gray's feelings in a moment, causing the earth to rumble/quake, the power seeks a way to be released to tear through the enemy.


Weakness:
Hollow may take control of Gray's body at times. This occurs when Gray is weak (at times), or when Gray builds up a great amount of Hollow's power and is unable to control it. When Hollow reveals himself, he causes great damage to his host (Gray) and at times minor internal bleeding.
No hand guard on his saber/sword, no shield or armor, so Gray must rely on agility, element, geography, and sword exp. to dodge enemy attacks.

Skills/Magic:
Resolve- Summons his will in the from of a current-like force.
Souless- He can concentrate his will power, fuze it with the wind element towards the end of his blade (in a spherical formation), and this greatly enhances his control over the wind element and increases his power by ten-fold for a short period of time.

Personality:
Gray misses his friends and family that he had to leave behind when he departed on his journey to cleanse the planet. Still remembers the smiles and words of encouragement of his friends and family. Gray's personality revolves around his feelings of love and rightousness that he desires to instill into the hearts of everyone.
Likes: Anyone and everyone (even considers his enemy a friend of some sort), gals (seeks out a lady whom he can spend the rest of his life with after the retirement of his power), fighting for the innocent, obliterating evil.
Dislikes: Cannot tolerate any form of immorality, wars.


Biography:
Raised in Mantuas, a poor city that was bullied by both sides in the Great War, Gray Hikari struggled every day of his life to protect the innocent people of his city. One day, a seige had been carried out on Mantuas and this was when Gray discovered the true power of his determination.

As night dawned upon the city, the Sun gradually passed away over the horizon bringing a cold, eerie air about the neigborhoods. Gray was on his typical watch in Mantuas, checking-up on the people and making sure everything in the city ran smoothly (hardly the situation). Anon, Gray stopped to rest awhile and propped himself against an inadequately damaged building that was probably just like most of the other buildings in the city, destroyed and ruined by the constant War. Intertwined in his thoughts, Gray meditated. He pondered over the condition of his country, his city, his life: When will meaningless War end... When will I finally behold the people of my city walking joyfully through the streets, wandering about carelessly, without fearing to lose there lives to an ambush or raid. Abruptly awakened from his rest, Gray heard the shrieks of children a block away from his current location. Danger, I fear... when will they stop taking the lives of our people?! Without hesitation, Gray immediately jolted through the street and leaped over the building to the area of the shriek.

Gray then saw two children helplessly cornered by three soldiers, three swords pointing towards their innocent bodies. Putting no second to waste, Gray slyly dashed behind the soldiers and knocked out two of them with a swift kick to their heads. As for the third soldier, he tried to escape. But seeing to this matter, Gray apprehended and, with a strong grip on the soldier's throat, blocked him from escaping anywhere. "Who...", Gray commanded in an intimidating tone, "Who sent you here and why?!" The soldier, sensing the ground slightly rumble, was forced to peer into Gray's eyes.

Feeling the Protector's almighty grip ever thightening on his fragile neck and his windpipe progressively, deliberately being crushed, the soldier scarcely managed to force out a few words, "We... were ordered... to destroy..... this... city." "What exactly do you mean, huh?! There's more of you?!" shouted Gray. Seeing that the soldier had fainted by the time Gray had finished his question, Gray then turned to attend to the children. Suddenly, a spear forces Gray to the building wall and plunges deep into his shoulder and through his back. Gray's mind went blank from the unexpected blow. "Well, well, what do we have here?" the arrogant general spoke ridiculing Gray. "Are you the leader of these ruins?" questioned the general in a cheeky form of speech. Hearing no reply from Gray, the general ordered the troops to kill the children on his mark. "If you do not intend to speak... we will murder these children. Speak now fool!" Suddenly alert to the event, Gray quickly analyzed the problem. "Resolve." Gray uttered. "Huh?..." asked the confused general. What is this strength? Thought Gray, feeling a massive amount of power gather and swell within him;

From that moment, Gray's actions acted upon his feelings. The earth abruptly started to tremor, causing the general and all his twenty soldiers to stumble. His muscles flexing, hardening with strength, Gray then, tore the spear from his now crimson shoulder and grabbed his sword, slowly unsheathing it, the moonlight gleaming, radiantly reflecting off this legendary saber. Gray shouted "What! What have we done to you? Our innocent people die on account of your own errors! Due to your own contradicitons... we fall! I will not allow anymore suffering in my village! You, have blemished the wrong people." Launching himself, he bolted passed the soldiers and lunged his sword at the general's heart. Life... this is something I myself cherish, but, I put the lives of ones willing to repent... above my own life. As for those who want to cause meaningless harm to my precious friends, my family, and innocent people... With this newlyfound power, I will destroy anyone who's heart desires to commit evil. With these judgements newly engraved in his mind, Gray peirced the armor of the general; his blade sliced through the general's embroidered protective gear, through his chainmail underarmor, through his shirt... I have commited an evil act. One that can and will never be forgiven. The general weighed the chance of living as his thoughts wandered off. "I give you one last chance. To repent." Gray sensed the tip of his blade approaching the general's skin and stopped. Finally aware of the situation, the soldiers previously gaping in amazement, regained their stance, aimed their spears... "Stop!" bellowed the general as he wakened from what he wondered would be his last thoughts before death. The tremors gradually regressing, Gray's now calm and peacful eyes stared into the general's refreshed remorseful eyes. "I... I... understand. Retreat! All troops retreat and fall back!" yelled the general with a renewed conscience. The troops finally left the city.

Gray sheathes his sword, and out of exhaustion, falls to ground and lays on his back. The hopeful children run up to him, "Gray, Gray! Are you okay?" "I'm...... fine." Gray gazes into the children's adorable, refreshing eyes and manages a smile.
