Hair: Dark brown, nearly black, medium length hair. It goes down to the middle of his neck in the back and is halfway down his ears on the sides. His bangs are almost always in front of his eyes and he is constantly brushing them aside.

Eyes: Grey

Weight: 154 lbs

Height: 5 feet and 9 inches

Weapon: Kratos - Daniel carries a sword created by the demon, it will grow in strength as Daniel grows in strength. As of right now it looks like the average short sword and seems to be made of steel. It is incredibly sharp and can cut through flesh with little force; it is not indestructible, but it will reform if it is broken or chipped. The sword is kept in a scabbard at his side.

Armor: Perseus - Daniel wears a chainmail hauberk and chausses to protect him from attacks. It was made by the demon who made his sword and will grow and protect more as Daniel grows strong enough to wear it. It looks like it is made of steel and will stop most arrows and cause attacks from a normal sword to hit him without causing intense pain and cutting. Aside from his armor, Daniel wears a pair of leather boots and gloves to protect his hands and feet.

Strengths: Daniel has some control over all of the elements and their subdivisions; he is also slightly stronger and smarter than the average person. He has been trained to heal people using a combination of magic and medicine and could even perform surgery if necessary. He is also skilled in using swords and various other weapons. Daniel is sharing his body with a demon that allows him to increase his power by an incredible amount and release devastating attacks. The demon feeds off of pain and suffering, whether it is Daniel’s or someone else’s. Because of this Daniel has an extremely high tolerance for pain and is able to ignore it until he is done fighting or whatever he is doing at the time.

Weakness: Daniel has the potential to be great and powerful, but the thing about potential is that it means you aren’t worth crap yet. His magic requires training to improve and will eventually stop working if he doesn’t use any for a while. He can’t do anything devastating unless the spirit inside of him gives him some of its power. Unfortunately, the spirit would normally only help him if Daniel’s life was in incredible danger, but even then the demon would probably just heal his wounds and leave him to fight on his own. Even though his weapons and armor will regenerate if broken it still takes up to ten minutes for them to reform; forcing him to fight unarmed or with magic. One of his greatest tradeoffs is that the more powerful he gets, the more the demon inside of him takes control. Even though pain makes him stronger, he hates to put people in situations that will cause them harm.

Skills/Magic: Daniel can manipulate and control nearly all of the elements in many different ways, but specializes in light or “holy” magic. He can attack, defend and do miscellaneous everyday activities using his abilities. He also has some decent medical training and healing abilities. His abilities are not very advanced yet, but they can improve greatly with practice and experience. Daniel can also read minds (if allowed or his target it distracted) and communicate using his thoughts. His training as a priest allow him to “see” people’s intentions as either good or evil, this is represented by a colored aura around their bodies and only works if Daniel can see the person.

Appearance: Daniel is muscular and often looks pale. He could be considered handsome, but that tends to be a matter of opinion for most people. He has a large tattoo of a human hand with a snake wrapping around it and biting the top of the ring finger on his back. He is always reading something and is often seen with a book in his hand that he gets from libraries or bookstores.

Personality: Daniel is normally a happy and caring person, but at times the demon will get the best of him and cause him to go insane and attack whoever is nearest to him. He will almost always help someone in need and hates to see people in pain. He is an avid reader and will read anything as long as it doesn’t bore him. Daniel is forgetful at times and can be distracted if he isn’t interested in what he is doing. He is outgoing and is always trying to meet new people and strengthen friendships.

He isn’t without his bad side though. Daniel can be depressed and angry, becoming aloof and spiteful. He will do whatever he can to take revenge on someone who he feels wronged him, and hates being tricked into doing something he doesn’t want to do. He lashes out violently at people who are mean or annoying and can go into fits of rage that he can’t remember afterwards.

Biography: Daniel was born in a quiet pointless little town that was dominated by the Church of the Red Snake. The Church is a group of people who worship a being that supposedly created the entire universe by biting open the sun. They are run by the Grand Cardinal of the Snake, a mysterious man said to have seen the Snake and has been chosen to lead the Church to glory. He is seen as a perfect person and is never questioned or even spoken to by his followers, but he bears a terrible secret that would destroy his reputation, a secret that would destroy the Church of the Red Snake entirely and leave him powerless. Daniel is that secret, and if they public ever got word that the Grand Cardinal had an illegitimate child then he would be hanged for treason against… well, against himself. So he had the mother removed from society and put into a crappy little town along with the bastard child, hoping never to see them again.

Daniel spent the first five years of his life with his mother, she taught him to walk and talk and did all the other things that a parent is supposed to do, and always seemed to have a smile on her face. One night however, she just got out of bed, packed her things and left Daniel alone to live on his own. After a few days Church officials came to his home and took him to a monastery to live with the monks. The monks taught him how to read and write and perform holy magic, all of which he learned very quickly. He spent seven years with the monks before being sent off to another monastery to become a priest of the Snake.

He trained for another five years, becoming smarter, stronger and more powerful as time went by. He was given a tattoo to symbolize how close he was to the Snake and was going to be officially inducted as a priest, and he felt happy. One afternoon, as he was sweeping the floors in the room where the monks prayed, he overheard found an odd-looking piece of paper on the floor. Daniel picked it up and discovered that it was a note, a cry for help that had been discarded. The note was written by an unfortunate person who was captured by the Church and arrested after discovering that the whole organization was just a plan to take over the world. Daniel demanded that the priest in charge of the monastery explain to him what was going on, but the man insisted that he knew nothing. Daniel could tell he was lying, so in a fit of rage he killed the priest and ran away.

After a few days of running he realized that there was another presence with him. The young man used his holy magic to check for signs of contamination and found that he was possessed by a demon, and had been sharing his body with it for over seven months. The demon explained that he was just there to help him now that he was alone, and Daniel believed him, the spirit just seemed so trustworthy. The demon told him where he could get something to protect and defend himself with, a set of armor and a sword of his own design. Using the demon as a map of sorts, Daniel tracked down the gear in a nearby cave and equipped them, feeling stronger and safer almost immediately. He took on a new surname “Pantheras” and became more familiar with his powers. Now he wanders through towns and cities, occasionally stopping to sleep or eat before setting off. He doesn’t really have a destination, he is just a wanderer.

The Demon: The demon that inhabits Daniel's body is not really a demon at all, merely a mass of dark energy that has gained sentience. It has no name, it is often just called “demon” by Daniel and identifies as a male. He is dark and sinister, but also completely insane. He thirsts for pain and blood and tries to control Daniel’s body when he is weakest. He can either keep himself hidden or make his presence know to others by projecting his thoughts.
