Jack "Jackie" Seville

Name: Jack "Jackie" Seville.

Age: Seven.

Race: Half-vampire.

Sex: Male.

Hair: His hair is a dark black-gray colour, and it falls down to his chin all the way around except for around his eyes. The bangs just on the side of his eyes go a little longer.

Eyes: A deep red colour. Glasses occupy his face.

Weight: Sixty five pounds.

Height: Four feet tall, even.

Weapon: Jackie's weapon looks like a gigantic old-fashioned ink-pot pen, of which the edge is incredibly sharp. It can also be used to draw with, and the ink from it has no visible source and no end. Being a half-vampire, he's inherited the ability to suck blood and the want to do so, as well, and his canines are very sharp and, thus, can be used as weapons, as well.

Strengths: Most of the time, he fakes people out by looking like a small, lovable child; in reality, he doesn't care about anyone or anything. His weapon is incredibly sharp, and being quite small, he is very fast. Jackie can also camouflage into darkness, and full moonlight slightly enhances his abilities.

Weakness: He's very small, and as such is not very strong, nor is he capable of taking large blows. His fragile bones could break quite easily. His weapon is quite large, and because of this it may slow him down a bit. He's deathly afraid of water and drowning, as well. He wears glasses, and this could be a fault as without them he can't see well.

Skills/Magic: Magic has been endowed into Jackie's gigantic pen, and can use this magic for a few different things, such as spells. By drawing different figures and symbols he can create nearly any element, though this can take a bit and is not very convenient in battle. None of his magicks have names, but I will categorize them here.

Drawing Magick 1:
This is possibly perhaps his most time consuming ritual, and only works if the opponent is temporarily dazed, immobilized, etc. He draws several childishly-scratched figures in a circle around the opponent. Once done, he draws a small symbol on the outside of the ring of figures. The figures then proceed to take life from the spell, the symbol glowing a bright red colour, and stand up, linking hands, and slowly circle around the opponent, creating a dome of dark energy around the opponent. Inside the dome, strange spikes are seen to protrude from the sides and hit wherever the opponent is. This is probably the strongest of his magicks, but is also the most time-consuming and it's never a surefire hit.

Drawing Magick 2:
This is actually a series of magicks, which are compromised of a symbol meaning several of the elements; fire, water, earth, wind, and darkness. These symbols look Japanese in origin. Once scratched into a certain place (this means it can be put onto a person or animal, as well), an eruption of whatever element was drawn comes. For instance, if Jackie were to draw a fire symbol upon you, a fire would immediately erupt, after glowing a bright orange colour. This is a low-strength magick, though, and is his most-used technique.

Drawing Magick 3:
His third magick is one not commonly used, and is not actually an independent spell but a chain of spells that were detailed in Drawing Magick 3. In a set sequence, he uses these, which creates a strange eruption of dark energy particles, which float through the air until they're controlled by Jackie or dispensed by him. The worst thing about this magick, however powerful it is, is that Jackie is temporarily immobilized from it and stays in a strange, secluded state while using it. (note - during the spell, this symbol appears on his forehead.)



Appearance: Jackie is small. I'll just say it straight out. His skin is of a pale complexion, and he looks very childish, himself being a child. His attire consists of all black clothes, sometimes a turtleneck and black pants, other times merely a long cloak to cover himself. His hair is long, and goes to about his chin, except in the front, where it goes a little longer; it goes not over his face, though. Jackie's red eyes seem to always be burning into you, like a strange fire never going out. Each one of his small teeth is pointed, with his front canines being the most prominent and, thus, the sharpest. Often he'll wear a hat of some kind, most of the time it being a Blues Brothers-esque type of top. A small pair of square-frame, black-rimmed glasses adorn his smallish nose.

Personality: Jackie is, strangely, a very sarcastic child. His vocabulary is quite developed, in terms of children, and he's got a wry wit about him that makes others alienated by him. He doesn't have any friends, but usually likes it like that; who needs friends, anyways?

If you were to be his friend, however, you wouldn't talk much; Jackie doesn't enjoy conversations with others, unless he finds it a challenge or it's banter in battle. However, you will find that he would be protective of you, not because you're a friend, but it would be a shame to see someone else kill you.

On his bad side, however, is a bad place to be. He will try and make you feel as alienated as possible, all the while insulting you and generally being a sarcastic little brat. Such is the way of children, eh?

Biography: Jackie was normal.

Plain and simple.

He grew up with his two parents, an only child, and went to an elementary school. He learned his ABC's, he finger painted, etcetera. He never really believed in things such as ghosts and vampires; who needed to believe in such idiocy? Of course there weren't vampires or ghosts. Those were clever ruses used by parents to scare their children. Jackie acknowledged this at a very young age, and never fell for things such as those beasties inside your closet and under your bed. He was a smart boy, Jackie was.

That's where it went wrong.

Jackie woke up, laying on the ground. It was nighttime; the school was deserted. He had no idea what he was doing here. Why was he here, anyways? He looked about him, seeing no one that could've been the culprit of this mean practical joke.

Swooosh. Like a bat descending through the air to catch a moth.

Jackie turned his head, quickly, one side and then to the other.

"Is...is anyone there?" he called out to nothing. He thought it over for a second, and almost laughed out loud. "Like anything would be there..." He chuckled slightly. "Dumb Jackie." He stifled his laughter. Suddenly, a footfall.

And another. His heart skipped a few beats. Then...

A searing pain in his neck, a breath of air, a whisper, and it was gone. The world was gone, lost in a swirling void of inconceivable darkness.

Jackie had been bitten.
He was what he thought was once a fallacy; a vampire.

Hey--brief biographies are fine. They leave places in a character's story for you to fill in and/or elaborate upon later in your RPs and such. The only thing I'd like to see added onto this otherwise great profile here is the skills/magic--detail his spells a little bit more and tell what exactly they would do in battle (or at least, tell of some of his more commonly used ones.)

Alright, the magicks look alright to me. The only thing I'm going to pick is in the description of Drawing Magick 3 when you say, "...a chain of spells that were detailed in Drawing Magick 3." I'm going to guess you mean one of his other magicks.
