Sarrea Elestrune

Name: Sarrea Elestrune

Title/Callsign/Nickname: Voice of Talos

Age: Not too sure herself, but she's immortal and stopped physically aging at about 25

Race: Angel

Sex: Female

Hair: All depends on her mood. Neutral or passive mood, her hair is golden and reaches to the middle of her spine. Bored or uninterested, her hair becomes more of a frosted silver, and shortens a few inches. Anger and passionate emotions turns her hair blue-black and shorten it a few inches, while solemnity or fear will make it grow two inches and turn pure white. Happiness gives her a blonde hair color and her hair will shorten a foot. Fear makes it white.

Eyes: Sarrea's eyes are an arresting frosted gray, ones that can bend the minds of lesser creatures to disengage, or to help her out.

Weight: Atleast 130 lb.

Height: 5'7"

Weapon: Azaraec Luna, a light and extremely balanced mace. Black with a silver handle and silver spikes, the mace is heavily enchanted with runes that allow it to constantly compresses the air around it, able to create up to three hundred pounds of pressure, which makes her first blow a powerful one. The rate at which it compresses is 50 lb./hour, or 1.2 lb./minute. Each hit creates a small shower of black and silver sparks (probably about 15 sparks a hit) that are released from the spikes. These sparks are truly faerie fire, magical flames that can never burn, yet can always spread. The fire lasts for ten seconds, and is normally used for stealthy or invisible opponents. Made of diamond.
Rezecae Sola, the twin of Azaraec Moon. The mace itself is white, and the handle is gold, as well as spikes. This mace is runed as well; however, unlike its lunar counterpart, these runes allow heat to be absorbed from the sun, fire, or, for that matter, anything relatively hot, and stack. The mace can absorb heat until its temperature reaches 250 degrees fahrenheit. Although, like its brother weapon, each hit creates a shower of faerie fire, though the sparks are gold and white. Same amount of sparks. Equal to Azaraec in weight and balance; in other words, Rezecae is extremely light and balances very well.

Armor: Her robe bears heavy magic enchantments; in combat, it's as hard as steel. If struck with a solid weapon, said weapon has a chance to stick to the robe, and requires a semi-powerful tug to release it, so long as the strike did not hit skin. If struck with most forms of magic, the robe has a chance to reflect it, and dampens magic to only about a half of its power. In other words, most magics are half effective on Sarrea.

Strengths: Sarrea is extremely skilled in both magic and melee, and combines them to form an interesting yet intricate way of battle. Her maces are like a second nature to her, and she is adept at close-ranged combat with them in hand. To free hands, and only out of battle, Sarrea keeps both of her deadly weapons floating closely about her. Wings on her back allow flight, and since she has no hollow bones, said wings are extremely strong and muscled, though feathery and delicate they are. Despite being a woman, she's very muscled and every one of her swings thunder with power...fast, strong, and accurate.

Weaknesses: Sarrea is quite bipolar, and as such, mood swings and extreme anger are frequent. Since the combination of flight, magic, and melee are also frequent, she fatigues quickly. Her wings require the most effort in high speed battle, but out of combat they're less tiring on her. Normally she'll try to finish the battle as quickly as possible, throwing maces and magic at the enemy without much thought.

Techniques/Magic: Aside from these skills, she can control such elements shown at will.
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Pyromancy;
Fireball - A ball of flame is conjured and can be fired, but is unpredictable and cannot be controlled after the firing of it. Explodes on contact with anything other than air and Sarrea. If not fired within six seconds, it'll explode on its own. This takes about four seconds to cast, and travels at about twenty mph.
Ignite - Rezecae Sola turns white-hot, and the faerie fire it releases from its spikes become bits of flame, but will not live for long if it hits the ground and has nothing to burn on. The flame is, as well as Rezecae, white-hot. No cast rate, but it is fatiguing.
Snuff - Aside from her own Fireball, she can smother flames with willpower, from a radius of about fifteen yards. The time it takes to put flames out depends wholly on the color of the flame and the size of the fire. A candle can be put out in about a second of concentration; a campfire, probably about six seconds.
Flaming Strikes - Rezecae Sola catches fire. Each hit not only burns the enemy, but has a small chance of creating a two yard explosion, the force of it against the enemy. Cancels out Faerie Fire. This takes no cast time, and hardly any fatigue.
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Cryomancy;
Cloud - A thick mist is produced in a forty-five by forty-five yard radius, dropping the current temperature in that radius to five degrees below fahrenheit. This takes eight seconds to cast, and after it is cast, about twenty seconds to fully form. A decent amount of energy is required.
Gauntlet - A light, extremely thin aura surrounds the enemy's elbow, arm, and hands. The aura slowly freezes the enemy's hands, unnoticably; however, unless the aura has the hands of the enemy completely frozen, any kind of dispelling or fire magic will cancel the effect. This requires that Sarrea's skin, in some way, come in contact with the enemy's hands.
Freezing Rain - From all directions around the opponent comes needles of water, lightly poking into the enemy. They then burst all around and become slush-like. The slush covers the enemy, and quickly hardens into ice. This takes a lot of energy, and the time taken to cast it is about 6 seconds.
Winterfang - The spikes of Azaraec Luna sink into the ball, then reappear on the top as one long, cone-shaped blade. The blade is frozen, thirty degrees below (fahrenheit), and razor-sharp. This has no cast time, but requires a lot of energy. Cancels the faerie fire effect of Azaraec Luna.
Ice Spear - Creates a long, spike-ended pole out of black ice. The spear is so freezing that the spot it hits confuses the nerves, thus temporarily disabling feeling in said spot. Sarrea can bend it and twist it at will, and control it as it's thrown. The spear does not effect Sarrea. Requires a lot of energy, and takes 6 seconds to conjure.
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Aeromancy;
Compress - Compresses the air around her until about fifty pounds of air pressure is reached. Can do without concentration, but the less she concentrates, the more energy required.
Aeroblade - Compresses the air around the enemy, but in a different way; transforms the air into razor-sharp wedges. The most they can do is break skin, but it requires a bit of energy to do. Concentration is required.
Hurricane - A small hurricane forms around Sarrea. The radius is about ten feet. The hurricane spins around Sarrea, and moves with her. The winds are about one hundred twenty-five mph. It lasts thirty seconds, yet slows Sarrea's movement speed by about half, and discourages flight. Requires a lot of energy, and takes about two seconds to cast.
Spiral Rise - Air below the enemy's feet escape by pushing the enemy upwards, raising him or her about an inch, then letting go, but then more air spirals around below the enemy, throwing him upwards, spinning wildly. How much fatigue and how far the enemy is thrown, or if the enemy is juggled with said air, is up to Sarrea (as in, if the enemy is thrown high and juggled, the fatigue will be greater, otherwise it would be less). Cast time is two seconds.
Terramancy;
Earthbind - A mighty hand made of whatever earthly substance is below the enemy raises up to lightly grasp him or her, binding them to the spot. Depending on the material, this could be easy or hard to get out of. The fatigue and cast time also depend on the material, but the hand is normally instant.
Earth Barrier - Dirt, rock, or whatever else is below Sarrea molds itself around her, creating a dome-shaped barrier. Magically enhanced to not just crumble to a normal kick. Lasts twenty-five seconds or when Sarrea wishes to end it. Requires concentration, and adds a little fatigue.
Muck - If there is an earthly substance, such as rock or dirt, below the enemy, Sarrea can turn it into a six foot deep puddle of mud, that will act as quick sand. As for getting out, it's as hard (or easy, wholly dependent on the enemy) to get out of as quick sand. Requires six seconds to cast, each second will create make the puddle a foot deeper.
Storm Magic; (Being a disciple of Talos, God of Storms, Sarrea has acquired some of his power)
Weather - Sarrea has some dormant control over weather, and sometimes, without knowing, she can change it when in a strong mood. If intensely sad or depressed, the sky will darken and it will begin to rain. If intensely furious or if she feels like she must kill someone, the sky will darken and a heavy downpour will begin, as well as thunder and some lightning in the distance. Extreme happiness, and the sky will loosen some light snow.
Storm Elemental Form - Feeling extremely intense emotions summons Talos to her aid, or atleast an extremely small fragment of his power; Sarrea assumes the guise of a Storm Elemental, in other words, she melds into the wind, and controls the environment around her to no extent. Rarely will she ever feel so intensely about something, though.

Appearance: Wonderfully drawn by the amazing HitokiriChibi.

Personality: Sarrea is mostly uninterested anywhere she is. But other than that, her mood changes very quickly, and it all relies on the person she's confronting. She angers at any insult thrown, yet swoons at the simplest of compliments. However, when angered, any compliments toward her are null and void.

Biography: The Balance of Power, or so it was called, was at a standstill. Sarrea Elestrune, Captainess of the Serenade Tower, along with Mizu Akiraka, Second in Command, had sent scouts into the battlefield of Heaven and Hell known as Limbo, only to be sent back headless by the illusions of Storm Dragons. Sarrea had been thinking how someone could create the illusions of such extinct beasts, but only to find the answer, when she was face to face with one in the middle of Limbo. The gigantic creature snorted sparks of lightning, attempting to scare Sarrea off. The angel did not twitch as the lightning forked around her, crashing into the ground. She took up her maces and unfurled her wings. Taking to the skies, her mace slammed into the dragon's face, causing it to crash to the ground. Dust swirled up from underneath it. She compressed the air around the beast as it tried to get up, and it exploded, sending it swirling into the air. She launched a white-hot Rezecae Sola at the beast, and the mace hit, burning through the tough dragon skin completely, and igniting it completely. Then fireball after fireball was launched, exploding with great force, knocking the dragon back. It was too big to do anything. Sarrea flew after it, quickly retrieving Rezecae. Then she slammed the skull of the beast with Azaraec Luna; she had saved the 300 pounds of pressure for such a moment. It crushed the dragon's head into the ground, and also put out the burning of its skin. A tiring victory....she dropped to the ground to teleport back to her base. The battle of the Balance of Power, Heaven vs. Hell, Angel vs. Demon, Sarrea vs. Rein, had then raged on for about a century.

Something had troubled Sarrea the day after the defeat of the storm dragon, though. She was not receiving any backup; the soldiers of Hell were pushing her own further back, only to wait for the demons to catch up. She teleported to Heaven to find a group of angels flying away from a mysterious katana-wielding figure. The angels bore the symbol of Talos...And Sarrea flew after them, blocking the assassin's path to the angels.

"Die, assassin..." Sarrea spoke coldly, slamming Azaraec into his face. The explosion sent him flying into Rezecae...Sarrea had flown faster than he was flying. Rezecae absorbed the heat from his body, searing through his stomach. She picked the assassin up and held a Winterkill-enchanted Azaraec Luna to his badly crumpled head. "Who the hell do you work for?"

The assassin's head was bleeding badly, as was his stomach. Not only that, but his heart was hanging down, and the organs in his stomach were ripped apart and on the ground. Even so, he could still speak, Sarrea knew. She slammed his showing skull with the butt of her mace, impaling it and poking into his brain. Still not speaking, yet blatantly alive, the immortal did nothing but cough up blood. So Sarrea slammed him into a nearby wall and began pummeling him with Rezecae, then finally impaled his hanging heart with Winterkill, freezing it to the stem. She dropped the now normal maces to float around her, and began to shift the ground around him to constrict his arms, neck, and legs. The ground crumpled his limbs into stumps, and cracked every bone in his neck severely.

The assassin still had power of speech, but refused to. So Sarrea ripped out his brain with her sharp nails and began tearing it up violently. The assassin mentally reached her.

"My name is Sanza. I work for Hell."

And so Sarrea killed him. Once more, the Balance of Power continued.
