Age: 1,324 Appears 20 Race: Wood Elf Sex: Female Hair: Long golden blonde hair to the middle of her back. It is usually down and parted to the side and straight. Eyes: Crystal Blue Weight: Around 124 pounds Height: 5'9 Ft Weapon: One sword, sheathed at side, two hidden daggers, and a bow and a quiver of arrows. Armor: Chain Mail under her clothing, gauntlets,a shield with a white horse on it, and a ring called the Crystal of Ebon Flame. Strengths: Laila is extremely talented at using her bow and riding a horse. She has had a bow since before she could remember and can so almost anything with it. She also wear a ring, the Crystal of Ebon Flame. It is a light blue gem with a flame in the center. It allows Laila to control fire for a short time, but it makes her very weary. Weakness: Laila doesn't trust people enough therefore she lacks making friends and has very few. She can be very lonely at times. Laila also fears death. She has seen many horrible things that people should never see, it haunts her, but because of this fear, it makes her a stronger warrior. Skills/Magic: Skilled bow-person and skilled horse rider. Also knows some healing spells to heal minor battle wounds. She also has sharpened vision and hearing. Appearance: She is tall and slender, like most elves. Her skin is very fair. She has pointed ears, and a slender face. Her clothing consist of a green tunic top with brown breeches and knee high leather boots. She also wears a greyish-green cloak with a hood. It is very weathered and battle stained. Around her neck, she bares a blue pendent, that was given to her from her mother. She is very lightfooted and even in the quietest of places, it is hard for her footsteps to be heard. On her face she has a small scar right below her left eye, left by one of the beatings of her father, Personality: Laila is a very laidback person but does not trust easily thanks to her father. When first coming upon Laila she may come across as rude and quiet. As Laila begins to trust, she opens up and becomes lighthearted to her friends though she does not have many. As she gets to be friends with people, she cares strongly for them and will always have their backs no matter what the circumstance. When fighting she is strickly business. She has a short temper and gets a little too gung-ho going into battles. Biography: Laila's life was never an easy one. She didn't have a real place to call home. As a child she had a horrible life. Her father abused her every day to his pleasure. There wasn't a day that went by that she didn't have a new bruise or cut. She tried many times to get away from her father all to no avail. He always found her, and beat her even more for punishment. Her mother was never around. She left her and her father when Laila was only 3, the only thing she has from her mother is the blue pendent she bares around her neck. Laila's life finally got better when her father was killed in a battle with goblins. Strangly she was saddened by this loss. After her father died, Laila traveled all around the world. In a strange forest she met an old man who knew much about the older days. It took her long to trust this old man, but it was then that Laila learned to defend herself. From the old man, Laila learned to ride a horse with the best of skills, shoot a bow rarely missing a target, and weild a sword though not her strongest attribute. After acquiring these skills Laila leaves her teacher, mentor, and only friend and continues to travel the world. She has passed through marshes, dead lands, deserts, oceans, and mountains. She has seen deaths and horrible creature that many people shouldn't see. After her travels, Laila perferred to stay in the darkness of forest. She never stays in one place for very long. Personally, If I may critize *your* character: The Biography could have been more detailed. Basically, you're speaking about you're character very commonly, be more detailed. Ask yourself the questions: "Why?" "How?" "..."
That should extend it a bit more. |
