Weapon: Kusarigama (a small sickle/scythe attached to a chain), and two throwing daggers.

Armor: because Shadowmeire is a werewolf, he really doesn’t wear any armor... doesn’t feel like paying for new armor every month... if it was required (in a tournament) he chooses plain scale mail.

Strength: speed, he is best at short range combat, but because of the weighted chain of the Kusarigama, he is also very effective at long-range combat.

Weakness: people with lances, pole arms, or flamberge-like swords, these weapons are very effective at catching the weighted end of the chain, and are too long for short combat to be effective.

Magic: he can control the wind element, make little dirt devils and tornados that can temporarily blind an enemy w/o a good helmet. He can also encase himself within tornado winds for a short period of time in order to prevent major injury.

Appearance: tall, well-balanced. He has long black hair with a white streak in his bangs on the right side. He is blind in his right eye, and the other is green with a small black tattoo of lieutenant status (a rectangle with two black dots on the right side of the rectangle) under it. 3 werewolf teeth necklaces hang from his neck at all time to remind him that he is still rightfully the lieutenant behind the anti-were movement in Ea. When not in a tournament, he has on ragged, torn clothing. He usually wears a black shirt with black leather shoulder pads, worn out brown pants, shoes made of cloth that are tied around his ankles. All of his clothing is VERY worn and stitching is holding all of it together…

Biography: Kal was an only child living in the suburbs of Giselhier city. His father was a swords master in a dojo, and his mother was a much respected nurse. Because of both his parents occupations, Kal was very sheltered from the world, but the other reason he was kept away from the world is his parents knowledge of Kal’s special power: he could control the breeze in one’s face and the gale before the storm. Before the Fenris war broke out, Giselhier was a potential target for the Werewolves, but no one took cover.

When no one fled the town, the Weres came four months later, and a blood bath ensued, leaving everyone dead, and only young Kal to fend for himself at the age of nine.
When Kal was 13 years old he decided to make a stand against the Weres.
Boot Camp was a cinch for Kal, even at age 13, where he mastered the fighting style of many different weapons, the fighting style he was best suited for was Kusarigamajutsu- the art of using the Kusarigama.
With only four years of official Stronghold Military training, Kal made his way up the ranks latter, before finally making it to Lieutenant status, equaling himself with many men who were much older then Kal, yet because of his age, he was put into a much lower part of the military, the Cavalry Scouts division.
Kal was one of the youngest, yet most respected lieutenants in the Stronghold Cavalry division, number 356, until the day the Werewolf army his patrol group had spotted rushed the unprepared cavalry, killing 35 of the 50 soldiers he commanded, wounding the rest, and kidnapping Kal. While he was in the Werewolf's company, he was bitten, becoming a rouge were, (or meire as they call themselves) and was thrown into the shadows. When he awoke, he had amnesia, not knowing who he was or what he was even doing there. when the nurse walked in to check on the coma patient, he was up and walking around, petrified at the door, he asked the nurse these two questions: "Who the am I, and why was I brought here?"
" Two white-haired men brought you here," she said, "they asked that you were taken care of, and left this hospital, leaving you, and you're name tag of service in the army here." she finished.
"the army?" he questioned himself
"yeah, here is the nametag" she softly said, "and I really have to go, I have to find the doctor, he'll be here around 9 o' clock"
when Kal looked at the silver name-tag, it had been modified (though he didn't know it) and it read Shadowmeire ( werewolf of the shadows)

Personality: Shadowmeire had always been a loner in his former life as a lieutenant; he has always had a determined "I don't givva damn" attitude. But there are really two sides to Shadowmeire, one of these sides not many people have the privilege to see:
in any kind of competition, he has always maintained a determined, strong willed personality inside the arena, outside though, he has great sportsmanship, and very rarely picks someone's strategy or fighting style apart.

- A lot of grammar and spelling mistakes. Try and rectify these if you have a program like Microsoft Word or something with a spellchecker.

- Give a little detail on his life before the army.

You still haven't fixed any of the grammatical or spelling errors. Try and put it through something like Microsoft Word or something with a spell checker after this.

- You don't say how he came to actually join the army.

- I could do with knowing how a werewolf comes to control wind. Add that into the Bio, as well as where he aquired his weapon.

I guess this is as good as it'll get, but you really need to run a spellchecker on this.
