Kiga
I am officially changing Rombalsto, completely.
Name: Kiga forthor. Age: 38. Race: Human of Mechanicus. The Mechanicus were humans who worshipped the Father. The Father was a man who represented the soul of the machine and its attributes. The Men of Mechanicus became so akin with machines that, when they died, they were reborn with a part of their body metal and mechanical. Sometimes the part of the nody that had been mechanised would do something against the will of the human, and it could posses his mind. Sex: Male. Hair: Grey. Eyes: Green. His left eye is mechanical, and it is also green, but, its pupil is electric blue. Weight: 120 kg. Height: 6 foot 4. Weapon: Kiga wields two identical broadswords, both of which have iridium blades, and a ruby set into the pommel and hilt. The swords are stored in sheaths on Kiga’s shoulders. The sheaths are made of iron, and are then covered in adamantine wire. The wire is then covered by a cloth that is made of obsidian. Armor: Kiga wears a chainmail shirt under a grey tunic, over which he wears a leather suit where the shirt is tight across his torso, and then the pants go down over his feet as shoes, and over that he wears an obsidian cloak. Strengths:Kiga is strong in hand to hand combat and swordplay. His ability with the Wrath makes him a potent enemy at long range. He has a fearless trait where he will fight against enormous odds, and will be very determined, and hard to stop. Weaknesses: Because Kiga is infected with the plague of the light, he is unable to go near water, or he will suffer great pain and blackouts. Sometimes he will stop fighting because he will get depressed about it and leave. He has a troubled mind, and some think he is on the verge of going mad. Skills/Magic: When he left his home town he learnt the power of the Wrath. 'Wrath': Kiga will speak the word 'Wrath' and an orb of colored energy will appear in his hand. He may then launch it at a target, which will be ravaged by a storm of colored energy. Appearance: Kiga wears a chainmail shirt inder a leather suit. The leather suit covers his entire body, except his head, neck, and left arm. On his left arm he wears a large shoulder pad, from which a cloth of black hangs. It covers his left arm, where on the surface is the plague of the light. The plague makes the skin go bright white, and will sometimes trouble the victim’s mind. Over his suit he wears a black cloak made of fine obsidian metal, and is a very hard armor. His left arm from the elbow down is made of gold iridium and is nigh on unbreakable. His left eye is mysterious, with its electric blue pupil and the skin around it. The skin around it is not skin, but it is obsidian like his left arm, and the eye never blinks, and it does not even close when he sleeps. Personality: Kiga is a dark figure who prefers to be alone, and does not make friends very easily. He is always in a depressed state, but some times more than others. He does not know to love, and refuses to do so, for he knows that the person will just die, leaving him alone and sad. He is contstantly tormented by his infection and has been known to sometimes be mad and insane. Bio: Kiga was born in a large city built around a large fortress ruled by the Damned. No one ever went into the fortress, nor did anyone come out. Th Damned were the undead, and none of them ever could die in any way. And anyone who dared challenge the fortresses power would be bestowed with doom. Kiga would sit at the door of his house, looking at the monolith of stone in the middle of the city, he was scared. At the age of ten, he began to wonder about the fortress, and why the Damned had built it. His father was killed when Kiga was twelve, and then his mother was taken when he was 15. He was now the only person in his family alive in existence. When the orphanage took him, he took his fathers two broadswords with him, and he broke out of the building, and ran away. He made a few friends, and then decided that he should realise that reality was real, and he went back to his birthplace. Armed with his swords and his wits, he challenged the powers of the fortress. He climbed up the rocky walls, and reached the top of the walls. He looked down into the pathways below, seeing thousands of undead warriors carrying swords, scimitars, spears, shields and the like. They looked up to see the Mechanicus standing in their castle walls, and they fired arrows up at him. He dodged them all, except one witch caught him in the right shoulder. He swayed slightly, and fell into the fortress below. A skeleton broke Kiga’s fall, and its bones broke with a crunch. He stood up off of the body, which formed back together, and slashed out at him with its scimitar, missing by an inch. He began slashing at all of them, but no matter how hard he tried, they just reformed, and attacked again. The teenager, with his youthful strength, lept up onto the wall, and climbed over. He ran as more and more of the bone soldiers lept over the walls and began destroying the city and its people. A huge stone hurtled over the walls, obviously launched by a trebuchet, and whizzed down at Kiga. Kiga did not realise until it was too late. He jumped to his right, letting go of his sword in his left hand accidentally, and it slided along the ground against the wall of a house. The rock slowly decended, crushing Kiga's left forearm. He felt life leave his forearm, and saw a skeleton walk around the boulder holding his other broadsword. "That...is mine!" Kiga lept up, ripping his upper arm off of the lower arm. He lashed out with his sword, and kicked the skeleton back. He snatched the sword out of the Damned's hands before the figure fell backwards. He sheathed his second sword, carrying the other in his right hand. He walked through the commotion to the cemmetary, and lingered towards his fathers grave. He ripped the soil from the ground, revealing the coffin. He wedged it open with his sword, and saw his father's ramnants. All that remained was an arm of gold iridium. Kiga picked the arm up, and ripped the forearm free of the upper. He brought the wires of the joint near his stinging arm, and the wires moved around with a life of their own, and the wires welded into his wound. The arm had connected, and he could control it with ease. He resheathed his swords, and left for a new life elsewhere. He ran through the city, but an undead warrior stopped him, and forced a small dagger into his upper left arm, infecting it with the plague of the light. He shrugged the undead warrior off, running for the open fields outside of the town. He escaped the town and the undead warriors, and lived the rest of his life painfully, constantly depressed. Re: Rombalsto
The character concept is quite interesting... but the bio isn't very good. There are a lot of plot-holes. I'd really like you to just rethink the bio a bit.
In the weaknesses part, I need more information as regards to physical/movement/etc weaknesses. Your Wrath skill doesn't really have any limitations, making it too strong. An attack like that should have downsides, such as requiring sacrifice of some of the character's energy to be used.
