Strengths: Able to control water through magic, fairly high magic endurance, Excellent with fin blades, High intelligence, high speed in water
Weakness: Extreme heat, cold, electric, low physical endurance (that's why he prefers long range attacks), somewhat low strength, average speed on land
Skills/Magic: Able to manipulate water in all its forms, swimming skillzz (duh), able to heal wounds slowly when they are submerged in water

Personality: A fun loving person, he is friendly to anyone, he has a great sense of humor, however he is ruthless and cold in battle, he takes fighting seriously. His motto is "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you, unless, of course, they did unto you first, and now you totally have to open a can of "unto" on them" He doesn't really challenge anyone to fights, he either gets challenged by them or fights in competition. Sometimes he gets a bit aggressive and just challenges whoever will fight, whether or not it's an equal match up.

Zeeku had a peaceful childhood in Zora's Domain, no major cataclysmal evil or anything. But he never really accepted the peaceful life, he always wanted to go out and explore the world outside Zora's Domain, become something great. He was a born warrior, not like the others who battled to stay in shape, he battled for the enjoyment of the fight. Ever since he was little he dreamed of the world beyond. He dreamed of becoming the ultimate warrior. He grew up listening to the legends of the great heroes and their battles. His natural friendliness made him the guy to hang out with growing up. However he was extremely competetive and ruthless in battles, nearly killing one of his sparring partners once. He was top in his sparring classes (partially because some people resigned in fear). His teachers noticed that he was a unique fighter, where he was lacking in brawn he made up for in brains. He showed great ability with water, able to manipulate it with his mind into shapes, swords, sheilds, he could even make things of beauty, like statues (although he didn't do it to often). He continued to hone his abilities, trying to change the currents and waterfalls of Zora's Domain, sparring with his peers and the warriors of the domain who were willing, until he became the undisputed champion of Zora's Domain. One day, he realized there was no longer any challenge to be had at Zora's Domain. He silently packed up and left, leaving a note,

To everyone,
You've always known that I have never really fit in here,
I've always wanted to be in the battle.
Since this is a place of peace,
I can never be truly happy here.
So I'm leaving in search of battle,
please don't go looking for me.
I thank everyone for what they have done for me

And so he started his journey, one that would lead to greatness, memories both good and bad, and friends and enemies who like him, sought battle.

Expand on strengths and weaknesses. And I don't mean adding elements like water and fire to those, I mean...what is he good at? What is he not good at?

Expand on that appearance. It is nowhere near enough. And if you must, simply find a picture of a zora.
