Senbon Needles: Thin needles that can easily kill someone if it hits a vital organ. They are tipped with poison that numbs the body. It is very hard for Dokubutsu to hit a vital, though, and he usually just doesn't use them.

Style: N/A, Nin || Hand Seals: O-hitsuji, Ousu-Buta || Description: Moves faster than light to a given area.

Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Shadow Clone Technique)
Style: N/A, Nin || Hand Seals: Oushi || Description: Over 100 clones of Dokubutsu appear, all looking exactly the same as him. They are solid clones and have everything he has, including shuriken and kunai. The ones that aren't him just disappear when killed, but the real him is damaged by attacks. When the real one is hit, all the clones disappear. It takes about half of his chakra to make over 100 clones, and under a quarter to make less than 100 clones. To make just one, it barely takes any.

Kouji no Jutsu (Decoy Technique)
Style: N/A, Nin || Hand Seals: N/A || Description: Dokubutsu replaces himself with a look-alike that is really a log or a rock while he escapes. It looks just like him and when hit is transformed back to the log or other inanimate object it originally was. This takes an unnoticable amount of chakra.

Henge no Jutsu (Transformation Technique)
Style: N/A, Nin || Hand Seals: Nezumi || Description: Dokubutsu puts his chakra toward transforming into whatever he wants. This takes up a little bit more chakra than the Kouji no Jutsu.

Gurando Gaidokusuto-mu no Jutsu (Grand Poisonstorm Technique)
Style: Poison, Nin || Hand Seals: Uma, Tora, Inu, Nezumi || Description: Dokubutsu breathes a torrent of poison, laying waste to what lies before him. It is very slow and easy to dodge. It does not effect Dokubutsu and it spreads out as it goes. It burns, numbs, and slowly rots away anything that it touches. The more it spreads, the weaker it is. It takes a long time, though, for it to rot anything away. This takes up about 10% of his chakra.

Hebi Kumo no Jutsu (Pestilence Serpent Technique)
Style: Poison, Nin || Hand Seals: Hebi, Ryu, Hebi, Tora, Hebi, Nezumi, Hebi, Tori, Hebi, O-ushi, Hebi, Usagi, Hebi, Uma, Hebi, O-hitsuji, Hebi, Saru, Hebi, Inu, Hebi, Ousu-Buta, Hebi with Hebi Kumo summoning scroll in his hand || Description: A forbidden jutsu and Dokubutsu's ultimate, a huge green flying serpent that can breathe acidic clouds appears. It has an aura of acid around it that desintegrates anything that comes near it slowly. None of these effects hurt Dokubutsu, though, and he can make it explode at any time he wants into a deadly gas that he can control. The gas can easily kill anything it goes for. The best chance to survive it is to either light it on fire or dodge it. Usually he does not have enough chakra for this to happen, though. He does not lose chakra from this technique, as it is a summoning technique, but he is not protected by anything while he is doing the handseals.

Gaidoku Tate no Jutsu (Poison Shield Technique)
Style: Poison, Nin || Hand Seals: Hebi, Uma, Tori, Oushi || Description: A cloud of poison floats around Dokubutsu and slowly desintegrates all that touches it. It is tight to him and does not effect him. This takes little chakra but he must concentrate for it to continue existing.

Suppai Kobushi (Acid Fists)
Style: Poison, Tai || Hand Seals: N/A || Description: Dokubutsu's own fighting style. His fists are traced with an acid that burns anything it hits' skin. The pain gets worse as it is drawn out longer, but his fists are slow and easy to dodge. This does not take up any chakra, it's just moving chakra already inside of him to his fists.

Dokudokushii Shouheki no Jutsu (Poisonous Barrier Technique)
Style: Poison, Nin || Hand Seals: Hebi, O-hitsuji, Nezumi, Ousu-buta || Description: Dokubutsu is lined in green clouds that, when touched, eats away at the object touching it extremely slowly. This takes up more than 2% of his chakra.

Appearance: He has one black and green robe that covers most of his arms and all of his shins, but not his feet. His hair is tangled and medium-short and fully dark green, and his eyes are like a snake's, paralyzing and piercing. When he fights, he doesn't wear his robe and has long tan pants that have three pouches for keeping shuriken, kunai, and senbon, and a grey undershirt with a black overshirt. He has thin metal rings around his wrists and ankles that look like Wonder Woman's.

Personality: He is evil. Period. He loves to kill. He has the instinct to kill where his brother does not. In danger he will fight with all his strength, and the metal bands on his wrist are one half ton each. He takes them off only in the most dangerous positions, and when he does that his power and speed increase drastically, just like Rock Lee.

Strengths: Dokubutsu can turn himself into acid, liquid or gas, and control himself in that form with his chakra. He has tons of stamina.

Weaknesses: It takes insane amounts of time to produce his gas, he is not very fast or even good at maneuvering, if you light him on fire when he's in the acid state he's screwed. He hates fire (Nenshou represents fire) and he is not very good at hand to hand combat. The only positive thing about his hand to hand combat is the Suppai Kobushi.

Bio: Dokubutsu, the Acidic Drifter. He had always been hated in his village, but why...? This is why, duhh.

Dokubutsu was born in the Sunaga village, the Village Hidden in the Sand. He does not have a good life after this. He is half controlled by the demon and barely has a will of his own. He was forced to kill the kazekage against his own will.

"What have you done..? His heart stopped! He's advancing to the kazekage, stop him!" said the jounin of the Village Hidden in the Sand, Sunaga.
"The air..Too thick.." said another jounin, gasping for breath.
"Th..the..kaze..kage.."
"Divine Wind Jutsu!" said another jounin, doing several handseals. A calm wind stirred. The air returned to normal, all the jounin could breathe normally. The invader, wearing a sound village headband, did eight quick handseals.
"Thunderclap Jutsu!" said the intruder in a hoarse voice, clapping his hands together. A wave of what could not be seen but was obviously there smashed all the jounin into a wall. The intruder went for the kazekage. He was being escorted out of the village by the four most elite jounin in the village. Two of the front jounin fell back and fought the intruder. The kazekage ran forward, another jounin stopping to do a quick handseal.
"Shadow Replication Jutsu!" he said. Eight of him poofed into existance, surrounding the kazekage on all sides. They ran on.
"Lord kazekage, Kageuchi and Fumakuga probably finished the intruder of with their kekkai genkai. Shall we turn around?"
"No, Mizuchi, we must keep going just to be safe. If the intruder escaped the mighty bloodline limits of Kageuchi and Fumakuga, we must lead it away from the village." Kazekage said
"It?" Mizuchi said back.
"Yes, our intruder is a demon. The demon's name is Suppaiseichuu (acid control). If-" two screams cut him off. The elite jounin and the kazekage spun around. It was Kageuchi and Fumakuga's screams.
"I'll hold the thing back," both jounin thought. The kazekage took out two kunai and armed himself. There were two more screams and silence.
"Huh? Come out, Suppaiseichuu!" the kazekage said. But nothing happened. The kazekage thought silently. What could that demon have come for? Possession of a child...Of course.
"DAMN IT!" the kazekage said. He ran as fast as he could through the gates of Sunaga. He used the shadow clone jutsu and had every one of himself search all the houses. The real him went to the Kyoushu house. As soon as he stepped through, he could smell a foul presence. He looked to a small child. The child was glowing green...Suppaiseichuu already got here, kazekage thought.
"Dokubutsu, listen to me. Come with me right now if you wish not to be cursed your whole life." kazekage said. Dokubutsu did not even move. He, at 11, was possessed by the Suppaiseichuu. He turned to the kazekage. In an evil voice, he refused. He then raised his hand toward the kazekage. Acid wrapped all around him, tearing at his skin.
"DOKUBUTSU! STOP!" the kazekage screamed. Dokubutsu raised another hand and took a kunai from the kazekage. He then thrusted the kunai into the kazekage. The kazekage stopped struggling. He stopped his hard breathing. He stopped living.

Dokubutsu now lives on his own. He has mastered all acidic control.

I see no weaknesses. All of his moves are too powerful to start with. What I see is you saying he can do them all perfectly. If so, he can kill anyone almost instantly. If you're going to give him that many moves, then you have to weaken a lot by saying 'this takes up more than half his chakra' or 'this is extremely difficult to do' or 'this takes a long time to perform' or 'he has not quite mastered this yet' or 'he still could use lots of practice'. His weapons also seem to be able to kill instantly, so put something like 'he isn't as skilled with these', or, 'he sometimes misses with these,' etc.

Too powerful to start with.
