Kenjin the Encorna: Now 50% More Awesome

As I never really shared the greatness of my prize fighter Kenjin the Encorna, and because he's been through a few upgrades, I thought it would be good to make this thread in celebration of his awesomeness.

Kenjin the Encorna

Age: Infinite

Race: Elemental Warrior

Sex: Male

Height: 7ft. 6in.

Weight: 190 lbs.

Appearance: Kenjin’s appearance can be described in a simple word, fierce. He stands well over seven feet tall, almost as though he was meant to have a commanding presence. His face is young, as though he was only thirty, though he is older than anything ever created in the world. He has fierce black eyes that seem to stare into a person’s soul than simply look at them, along with mane-like black hair that can never be tamed. Sometimes it seems to be at his shoulders, while at others it waves around on his forehead. It looks almost like shadows. His body is covered with muscles, but not enough to make him appear as though on steroids.

The Encorna wears a black gi, or martial arts uniform similar to Goku’s from Dragon Ball Z. Under that, he wears a white short sleeve shirt. He has recently begun wearing ninja wrist guards, colored black. He has light shoes that are also colored black. His uniform equipment can be adjusted to varying degrees of weight.

His arms are cover by intricate tattoos of the yin-yang symbol, which is near the elbows of both arms. His gi has the yin-yang symbol directly on the chest, around which are seven balls of blank energy which fill up every time Kenjin takes in an Element.

Personality: His personality has changed since merging from his two halves. He is now neither good or evil, but is something in between the two, completely neutral. He is fearsome in battle, never letting up if he can help it. He will always continue to fight even if he should have long since lost. Kenjin’s will is one stronger than any iron when it is set on something, and is often the drive behind his force. Outside of battle, his mind is often left to wonder on the powers of others, devising new strategies. He only needs to see an attack once to know how to dodge it, and is very wise. But he is also very hard, and always forces others to do their best, regardless of how much it may harm them. Anything less than the power he deserves to fight is nothing to him, but he does not kill without cause. Kenjin is usually calm and peaceful, even when someone is attempting to rip his head off.

As Tokuamru’s assistant in the Dome, Kenjin’s mind enjoys helping others harness their own powers. He will never allow them a chance to give up, and forces students he helps to strive to be the best.

Weapons: The Diroyu Blades, a gift from Santa Claus himself. The swords look like golden hilts with the symbols of the Hylian Goddesses etched into the sides. When Kenjin uses them, they can automatically transform into different weapons. They can become swords, boomerangs, etcetera. As long as Kenjin has seen the weapon before, he can use the power within the Diroyu Blades to transform them into that weapon.

When not in use, the Diroyu Blades reside in the Encorna’s ninja arm guards, waiting until Kenjin summons them to battle. They are enhanced versions of the Swords of Balance, and are the most suitable weapons for Kenjin. If the blades lose contact with Kenjin without his consent, they will vanish and reappear in Kenjin’s hands.

Thenatos: A sword made of negative energy crystal. This sword is four feet long with a bright crystal handle. On the handle is a small ball full of black energy, the negative force. This force must be draned from the sword through intense training. Until the end of that training, the sword will be amazingly heavy even for Kenjin, and will always fight him. The sword is the exact opposite of Kenjin's own force, and will require immense training to master.

Leviathan: Tuariv's Claymore. This sword is extermely powerful, and was entrusted to the Encorna by Tuariv in the Tower of Time. Kenjin now weilds it to make sure it stays sharp for when Tuariv returns.

Armor: The Phoenix Tear protects Kenjin from most damage. It allows Kenjin to be shielded from most damage, be it magic or weapon or anything. When Kenjin is damaged, the broken skin emits a blue glow, and heals. This Phoenix Tear essentially makes Kenjin immortal, and allows him to sense others who have Phoenix Tears.

Magic/Skills: While Kenjin lost the power of possession, he gained far greater powers.

Main Magic: Kenjin’s main magic comes from within the dormant Masters of Light and Darkness which are his two halves. Kenjin can use and manipulate any dark or light magic used against him as well as send it back to its owner. Kenjin’s inner dark and light powers allow him to do many things, including firing blasts, traveling at near light speed, creating shadows to blanket a field, or even blinding an opponent temporarily with light. He can also fuse light and darkness together to double the damage or create a new power, such as launching energy at the speed of light, or clouding a mind to not see an attack.

Some of his powers go beyond this, allowing him to manipulate the light or darkness inside a person themselves, making them sometimes good entirely or pure evil. He can also bring up defense with his powers of light and darkness.

Chaos Attacks: These are attacks that Kenjin may use on his own without outside help.

Kenjin Chaos Gunner: Fires at lightning speed small energy orbs. The energy is usually light or darkness from Kenjin, but can be modified if another element can be harnessed. Has moderate damage, but is mostly dangerous owing to the speed they are released at.

Kenjin Chaos Burner: Allows Kenjin to move at light speed, but only for short flashes of time. During this mode, time slows down for Kenjin to move at light speed, giving him added speed and allowing him to travel long distances quickly.

Kenjin Chaos Blast: Requires the elements of fire, life, water, darkness, light, earth, and wind to be absorbed into Kenjin. Fires a blue ball that cannot be avoided and cannot damage Kenjin. It encases the target inside the ball and fires at them using all the elements. Does immense damage to an opponent, regardless of their strength. However, since the element of life needs to be present, the opponent will be revived to half their strength.

Phoenix Tear Powers: These require elements for Kenjin to use. They must be obtained from outside forces. Until recently, these powers were only related by name to the Gods and Goddesses of ancient Greece, but now they are charged with the powers of the Gods, making them even more powerful.

Hephaestus Torch>>Flames of Hephaestus: Transforms Kenjin’s hands, forearms, and legs into fire. Can only be used if fire is present. Lasts up to five minutes

Poseidon Wave>>Poseidon Sea Surge: User sweeps his hand through the air. Where Kenjin sweeps causes that area to be turned into a wave of water or ice that travels in the direction the hand positions it. Can only be used in the presence of water or ice. For each time an Element of Water is absorbed, this attack can be used three times.

Apollo Arrow>>Light of Apollo: Fires a light arrow from the wrists of the user. Can only be used in the presence of light. Can be used multiple times if the light source continues to expose Kenjin.

Hades Nightmare>>Darkness of Hades: Creates a shroud of darkness to cloud the mind of the victim. Makes him/her unable to see anything as long as it can be maintained. Can only be used in the presence of shadows or darkness. Can be continued as long as the darkness continues to expose Kenjin to its power.

Aeolus Typhoon>>Hurricane of Aeolus: Creates wind that allows the user to control the movements of opponents in midair. Can only be used in the presence of wind or air. Can be continued if the wind or air source continues to expose Kenjin to its power.

Hestia Miracle>>Hestia Revival: Regenerates Kenjin to full strength. Can be used in the presence of life outside of Kenjin. Can also be used to regenerate others as long as Kenjin sacrifices part of his strength to use it. This is a stronger version of the Healing Force spell that can even revive body parts and a mind.

Demeter Harvest>>Overgrowth of Demeter: Allows Kenjin the power of controlling the surrounding earth. Can be used only in the presence of the solid earth.

Elemental Fusions: Too many to mention, Kenjin can fuse together two elements at once, as long as they are both available. He can only use two outside ones at once, but can fuse both with his Chaos power.

Kenjin Psycho Fusion: A special fusion ability that allows Kenjin to fuse with a nearby willing ally. When in this form, Kenjin loses his Phoenix Tear Powers, but gains all the attacks of the fighter he is fused with. He also gains enchanced strength from the fused fighter, along with the ability to create a new weapon from the fighter. For example, if Kenjin fuses with Tokumaru, he would gain a samurai fire sword, the Tokumaru Blade.

Goddess Power Forms: The Encorna can call upon these forms whenever needed. These forms use the upgraded versions of the Phoenix Tear Powers.

Goddess Power: Farore's Courage
Increases the powers of the Encorna's physical strength, tripling the power of his physical attacks. When in this power, Kenjin's tunic changes into green. While this power is active, all the courage in the area is drained to further power up the Encorna.

Goddess Power: Din's Power

Increases the magic strength of the Encorna's Phoenix Tear and other magical powers, tripling the power of his magic attacks. While in this form, Kenjin's hair will become red and flame-like. While this power is active, all the power in the area is drained to further power up the Encorna.

Goddess Power: Naryu's Wisdom

Increases the mind strength of the Encorna, allowing him to see attacks and events before they happen. Kenjin's mental power also affects his abilities, allowing him to combine three Elements instead of just two. While in this form, Kenjin's skin transforms into bright blue. While this power is active, all the wisdom within the area is drained to further power up the Encorna.

Fusion of the Goddesses: God's Cry Form

Can only be used when all the forms are aligned as one. While this power is active, the Masters of Light and Darkness return to aid the Encorna with the same strength, but hold their respective Elements. While in this form, Kenjin loses his light and darkness powers, but everything powerful about him doubles, increasing his base strength six fold as the Goddess Power forms still retain their skills. Kenjin can also create Elements on his own and take away ones from others. All the powers of the separate forms still apply while Kenjin is in this form.

In this form, Kenjin appears as he normally would, but his eyes are full blue. This maximum attack can only be reached by the will of the Goddesses, and by Kenjin’s will for it to activate. Kenjin’s body is covered by a blue aura that surrounds his body.

Strengths: Kenjin has immense strength, which will increase if more Elements are taken into him. He is also very fast, capable be very quick speeds even without Kenjin Chaos Burner mode. His physical strength at full power is capable of lifting over a ton in steel. His defense power is very little overall, but because of his Phoenix Tear armor his body will automatically heal. He does have the strength to keep enemies from attacking, but he does not have the defense to stop something from piercing his skin. Kenjin’s Elements are vastly more powerful than his own physical attacks, and can become even more devastating when fused with the Chaos attacks and his own standard attacks.

Among these strengths, Kenjin also has two sets of vision. The first set is a standard vision that is normal to most fighters, where he can see like a normal person. The second vision is more complex, as it is more unique than most. Kenjin goes blind of everything outside of the Elements around him, and can only see things that have Elements. The Elements still retain their respective colors as they would if Kenjin was using them, allowing him to fight even when he cannot see anything at all.

Weaknesses: Whenever he fuses with a power, he gains that element’s weakness. Kenjin’s defense is also sub par, meaning that his skin is easily broken. Currently, the Encorna also has problems controlling the Goddess Power forms, along with his new powers, so they are not as strong as they should be because Kenjin has difficulty controlling them. While Kenjin’s skin heals, he cannot physically touch anything save for the Diroyn Blades.

Martial Arts: Kenjin has a unique martial arts style called Shikenji, a powerful style he himself has created. The style implements psychological techniques to confuse an opponent and to cause them to lose focus by way of anger. In addition to this, the style uses a special Elemental balance in order to focus correctly. By maintaining a blind state of not looking, one is allowed to sense the Elements around them in order to see, removing distractions and illusions that may be created. The figures are replaced by Elements that they maintain within them, allowing the user to automatically sense what their strengths are.

Kenjin currently has a base understanding of Ninja fighting techniques such as deception and disappearing.

History:

Kenjin the Encorna is the final form of the Masters of Light and Darkness, the ultimate fused warrior.

When the Master of Light was formed by the Three Goddesses of Hyrule to aid the people of the new land, the Master of Light accepted his life and lived it well, helping others and healing evil.

When Ganon, holder of the Triforce of Power, emerged, and the Hero of Time was asleep through time, the monster came to the village Kenjin had made his home. He knew Ganon wanted the village ruined, but he had a plan. Under the promise that no one would be harmed, the Master of Light allowed himself to be laid in Ganon’s care, so his village would live on.

Ganon mutated the light master, transforming him for evil through powerful torture. The Master of Light was sealed away in his own body, less significant than the tiniest microbe, and the Master of Darkness emerged from the shadows to do the bidding of Ganon. Even when Ganon was defeated by the Hero of Time, Kenjin did not stop.

The Master of Darkness lived on for a millennia, killing and harming others. Then one day, he lost to the might of the Gilla Blade and the Toraero Sword, and left Hyrule until he could regain his pride. He heard of the Dome, and its reputation for strong fighters, so he enrolled under the guidance of Aurora the Ominea in her intermediate class.

Kenjin moved fast through the lessons, the Master of Darkness was never outmatched in his assignments. Then, one day, Aurora came to him and asked him to retrieve a phoenix tear from a door. Kenjin succeeded, and brought it back to her.

Aurora forced-fused him with the tear, unlocking the dormant mind of the Master of Light, Yang Kenjin. They battled, but neither could defeat the other, as they were opposites. Near death, both Dark Kenjin and Yang Kenjin fused together into a compromise body, sharing the body of the Master of Sorcery. They were promoted to the Advance level, and became Assistant Teachers under Aurora.

Finally, it came time for them to graduate. They faced Aurora with all their might, to thank Aurora for their new powers. But they were destined to lose unless they could achieve the prophesy Yang made while on a quest.

Dark was first, and struck at Aurora with a light attack, giving the Master of Light the chance he needed. Yang returned the favor, attacking with a dark beam, accepting their fusion as brothers and the same coin.

Both were engulfed with light and darkness. Dark became the tunic that the Encorna wears, while Yang became young again and became the unbreakable body. Both were united forever.

The Phoenix tear protects the Encorna from most physical damage, and where the Encorna is wounded, instead of blood there is a blue light as it heals itself. The Encorna failed to defeat Aurora that day, but will always search for the chance to fight her. The Ominea left the Dome however, ending the chance that Kenjin deserved to regain his honor.

Aurora was replaced by a flame wielder named Tokumaru Kyô, and Kenjin consented to assist the samurai after failing to master the Goddess Power Forms during their battle. He now awaits another chance to defeat Tokumaru in battle, to gain his freedom. He however wishes to stay in the Dome when he completes his training, to assist others on their journeys along their paths of life.

In his fight with Kyô, Kenjin’s Goddess Power forms were unlocked, and the Goddesses added their own powers to the Encorna, increasing his powers. He is now deep in training to master these attacks, in order to fight Kyô and perhaps Aurora, whom he dearly wishes to battle and defeat. The Goddesses of Hyrule allowed their power to be added to the Encorna, as did the deities of Greece. His Phoenix Tear powers were enhanced by the addition of the Greek Gods’ strength.

Among many other accomplishments in Kenjin’s long life, he has gained the friendship of many, and is the leader of the Order of the Knights, a group dedicated to fighting against injustice and surpassing those who are greater than themselves.

A good friend of his is Tuariv Knil, his fiercest rival though the lizard has far less power than his own. Kenjin sees much potential in the youth, and always watches over him, making sure that the lizard gains the powers needed to one day give Kenjin the true battle he’s always wanted. Though Kenjin has faced more powerful foes, he knows that Tuariv will one day grow into a mighty warrior, one of the most powerful in the universe.
