Chiron(second try)

The bio is very interesting and, dare I say, at least somewhat original. I wouldn't know too much about characters before my time, so my thoughts on the subject are a bit moot. >_>

Right, this looks rather good. I have to say that Chiron closely resembles another character that I just reviewed mere minutes ago... Other than that, I'd like you to include something to the effect of his inability to properly use the Blade of the Flames. After all, he's only just earnt it, and its abilities will be foreign to him. Awkwardness is the easiest way out of these new approval policies... but you didn't hear it from me. And also, make it so that the sword can't transform/catch fire if the surrounding climate is below a certain temperature. In other words, it can't do much if it's cold.

It's "fahrenheit". That first "h" is easy to forget, so no worries.
