wepons: ninja sword, shureken, and other ninja nic-nacs

powers: Jutsues like, sexy jutsue, and the elementel jutsues.

past: Tetsue was born in the same place as naruto, but naruto wold do pranks and frame other ninjas for doing it, one of the ninjas was tetsue and then eventually tetsue and some other ninjas were kicked out of the clan. So now tetsue is out for revenge to kill naruto.
