New to the Battle Arena? Look here. (Explanation to the Approval Policy)
Read that and expand on your character. A lot. You need to give Strenghts, Weaknesses, Skills/Magics, Personality and Apperance much more content or you'll never be approved. Also, you seem to be lacking a Biography of your character completely, which isn't acceptable.
