First off, thank you very much Miril_Elven for this amazing picture. It truly rox hard!

Appearance: She is Pretty short by american standards. She dresses in A pretty short skirt, but not too short that it isn't practical. And a Black Tank top. She holds her sword over her shoulder much like Cloud from FFVII, the sword has no sheathe. The sword itself has a chrome silver handle and the blade is black with Bandage like rope wrapped around it in several places (For bandage rope... think of a tenser bandage, but slimmer. Or simply look up KH cloud in google). Her face is suppost to look cute, but determined at the same time. She has a small nose ring and several piercings in each ear. Her hair is longenough to go to her mid-back. It can be done up or down, totally your decision on this one. She wears skater shoes that are black and blue, with black being the dominate colour. Last but not least... How to say this with out sounding like a pervert... Give her a nice rack please lol!

She is heavily trained in hand to hand combat and can attack well form both far and close range, utulizing colt .45 hand guns and a large black sword to attack foes

Where lays its strongest defenses?
She has a pretty good chance of blocking attacks that lack much effort of planning due to the dize of that sword, it is pretty big and hard to get around. Also a swing to her neck is not possible from one way as the spikes from her shoulder pad would intersept the blade before reaching.

Your character is not to be invincible, but having a few strong traits is of course allowed. Just don’t make it too strong.
She's smart. She doesn't just go in crazily swing ing and shooting. She always has some sort of plan. She can also adapt to situations rather easily often making a good thing out of a bad situation

She is very defensive of Excel and will do anything to keep him safe. She also has her own achilles heel. She is often too confident and when this happens she begins to make stupid mistakes. She also lacks alot in the armour depart ment, her legs, arms and body are all open to attack. She lacks a shield due to the heaviness of her sword so she is pretty unwell prepared.

Personality: Smart, she is very smart and is constantly always thinking things through. If she has even the slightest decision she analizes it until she has her plan to a T. She also has feelings for Excel. I haven't intertwined her story with his quite yet, nor do I know how I will do it. But the connection will be there She is kind to most living things, unless something really ticks her off or messes with Excel.

Biography: Tara was born in a village in a world where peace had sustained for many years. The peace had been around since before she had been born, so she always complained about how she had to attend a traditional martial arts school. When she did this her parents simply replied that she would thank them when she was older. Being an only child Tara was a tad of a loner. She attended school and had a small group of friends, but she had very little time for them. As she attended her martial arts classes 5 out of 7 nights of the weeks. Tara always found it odd that her friends did not attend with her. as the years passed Tara continued perfecting her skills. by the time that Tara was 15 she was claimed a martial arts master by many and had the highest degree of belt that she could earn. Upon the day that she earned this belt though, she learned a secret about why SHE was always in training while others were not. It was because a was was comming, and she would lead the forces of her nation. Tara hearing this jumped at the idea. She had always wanted to fight for her country, but now to lead it. It was almost too much for her to grasp. What she did grasp though, was her Sword, armour and the weapons of the past, a pair of duel Colt.45's. Tara was confident in her skills. As she stood in the war room though something began to stir inside of Tara. A feeling she had never before felt, it was doubt. She was beginning to doubt weither she had the abilities to lead her nation to victory. She also began to doubt weither she could actually kill another human being. When the day for the battle to begin it looked like a scene from historic movies like Troy. There were fighters from the other land on one side and an army of warriors from Tara's nation on the other. Balsm began to sweat, and weapons began to rise, when Tara shouted attack the entire group surged at one another. Tara leading her group. As her horse galloped across the grassy plain a dark cloud loomed over head. as Tara raised her sword to strike her first of many victims the Cloud began to talk. For a second all time stood still except for Tara. The Cloud told Tara that she would not be living up to her true potential if she were to fight now. and that she would be slaughtered in this battle. He said that he could take her to another world where she could perfect her skill until she saw fit and then return to this very instant in time. Tara jumped at the idea and soon a whirl wind, located right below the cloud swooped towards her, carrying her off into the sky...

Ok, first off, I notice that you make many connections to Final Fantasy, this isn't always good if you want to be original. It's perfectly fine, but you could consider holding off on that a bit.

But, if you do still wish for her to be approved, she seems fine. *Approved*
