Ford Smith and Mia Lang

----------------Horse's name: Ford finally bought a beautiful brown horse when he met up with Mia so he could keep up with her. He named his horse, "Gary" he couldn't think of a better one at the time.

Weight: 150 pounds

Height: 5 foot 7 inches.

hair: He has a lot of dark brown hair that is spiked both up and out. (see picture)

eyes: Chestnut brown

Appearance: (see picture) His big eyes are occasionally covered up by his hair but they are visible most of the time. He wears dark brown or black clothes usually. His pants are usually black or brown. His sword, when not in use, is sheathed by his side. He always keeps a hand on it when talking to someone he doesn't know or trust. He wears black fingerless gauntlets on both of his hands. His boots are also black that reach halfway between his ankle and his knee. A long dark, almost black, brown cape waves freely behind him concealing various knives and his shield.

Weapons: On the quest that took place on the Isle of Waterfalls, Ford had discovered a great weapon with a strange power. It was an extremely heavy sword, but a small jewel within its pommel somehow gave him the extra strength to wave the sword as if it weighed no more than a feather.

He is always carrying his sword around with him, either it being in his hand or at his side. He has a small bronze shield that is securely strapped to his back. Ford is also sure to conceal various knives throughout his body such as in his boots or under his cape. Although he isn't a professional at it, Ford is fairly decent at hand to hand combat when he needs to be.

Armor: Because Ford is always a bit cautious, he has much armor on him. He has grey thin steel knee pads, elbow pads, and shoulder pads. He is also protected by a leather chest plate that he is planning to replace soon with a stronger metal one. And of course he has his shield.

Strengths: Ford is a good strong young man, although he isn't quite the incredible hulk. Because he is young he is vigorous and energetic. He can endure fighting for almost three days straight without food or water when he is properly motivated. He is an average sword fighter and is extremely proud at how rarely his sword falls from his hands. Mia Lang is another one of his strengths since they are always together, she provides cover for Ford when he needs it and even when he doesn’t some times. Ford is the same way to her, but even more so. For some reason unknown to Ford, Fire doesn’t harm him. This has always confused him. Only one knows why he has this extreme immunity to fire.

Weaknesses: Ford has an average speed, but he isn't good at fighting those faster than him. Money, he will do anything for the right amount of money as long as Mia Lang agrees as well. He hates to fight against magic wielders, he says it's not a fair fight and that duel should consist of people using their brains instead of zapping their fears away. And probably his biggest weakness is Mia Lang. he would jump in the way of an arrow for her, he will make sure no harm is done to her.

Skills/magic: Deep down, although Ford doesn't know it, there is great power that occasionally leaks through at the most unexpected moments.
Recently Ford gained the ability of Ice and water. Magic is a very new thing to him, so he is still attempting to master it. His spell casting isn't so well, but the following flows naturally to him:
Just like his fire ability, Ford is now 100 percent immune to all ice attacks and 50% immune to water attacks. To add on top of this, he can seem to change his body temperature to a blistering heat or to a freezing cold.

Personality: He is very cautious around people he doesn’t know, not only for his own safety, but for Mia even more so. He talks to people very carefully so he won't give away any secrets of his. In battle he is more on the offensive unless Mia is in danger. He doesn’t let anyone know, not even Mia, that he has feelings for her. She is practically all he thinks about. Ford is a nice king young man, but he has his darker sides to him too although they show up rarely.

Biography: Although Ford doesn’t know it, he was born in a dark castle in the farthest reaches of the world surrounded by mountains and war. His mother was captured by a dark entity named Sirius Amon Moris. (His bio is in my signature) Sirius, in his darkness, slept with his mother and had Ford against her will.

When young Ford was born, Sirius marked a small X on his back with his sharply armored claws.

Sirius was known for his cruelty and had managed to enslave an entire elven race. The race of elves formed together and was able to create an army large enough to threaten the dark lord. When Sirius' fortress was attacked by the elves, it was overthrown. The elves had succeeded. During their victory Ford's mother was freed by them as well.

Ford was raised in a loving home with his mother who was now married to a wonderful father. As Ford grew, he always had the tendency to be fascinated with death. Ford would have had a baby brother, but it was a miscarriage for reasons only known by Sirius and Ford's mom. Ford's "father" taught him the ways of the sword and hand to hand combat because he was a blacksmith who... knew these things. Ford succeeded excellently and actually surpassed his "father."

One tragic day, Sirius sent a group of shadowy beings to search for Ford so he could teach him in his ways. Ford was gone from home that day to the village to pick up some food from the market, when he returned he found his parents dead on the floor.

Since Ford was 14, it took some getting used to living on his own, so he looked into becoming a hired assassin because of his slight fascination with death. But no one would hire a 14 year old so he looked into hunting people on wanted signs. It was a tough job, but Ford was able to turn in some low lives and got well paid, he loved the expression on their face when they were either killed or captured by a young 14 year old boy.

Finally, when he was 15, he decided to go after one of the biggest names on the world, a metallic man named Dark who was surprisingly an assassin himself. He had tracked this being down finally and engaged in a fierce combat with him. Ford fought well, but Dark was too good, but just as he was about to lose, another person came in on a black mustang and helped him greatly by firing arrows at the bounty. Dark realized this was too much for him and he escaped from them. Slightly disappointed, Ford was beginning to give up on hunting Dark.

The person who helped Ford dismounted the horse and spoke with him. He found out her name was Mia Lang and that she was sort of a bounty hunter as well. He was instantly attracted to her, for the 1st time he felt he was in love. They met up on several occasions still hunting Dark and other bounties. They eventually joined together and are now the best of friends. Although Ford hopes their relationship will turn out more than a friendship even though Mia is unaware of his thoughts.

Ford has his darker sides because of his birth father. He would kill anyone with a price on their heads even if they are innocent. But Mia makes sure this doesn’t happen. Now don't get Ford wrong, he is mostly good. But there’s always that taint in his blood he will never be able to escape.

Ford and Mia both traveled on a quest to an Isle of Waterfalls for a great treasure that was rumored to hold gold, jewels, and weapons of phenomenal power. The journey was long and difficult, but they managed to succeed with the help of a few allies.

Although they both became rich, Mia came to the conclusion that they no longer had to hunt for bounties or do anymore dirty work. She figured they no longer had to work anymore because of their new found riches. Ford still wasn’t able to express himself to her, so he suggested that they would hunt one more bounty, weather it was Dark or someone else, before they separated. He hopes to tell her how he feels before this last hunt is finished… it could very well be his last chance.

------------Horse's name: A black mustang named "Mrethnelin" or "Nellie" for short. She comes running when Mia whistles. Mia is teaching Ford how to call her and his own horse as well.

Race: She's human, but her grandmother was an elf so she is also part elf.(it's weird for Mia when she used to see her grandmother because her grandmother looked about the same age as Mia because she's an elf like I just said a few seconds ago.) Mia has the ability to live a very long life because of this.

Weight: 120 lbs

Height: 5 foot, 6 inches

hair: Blond hair that reaches down to her shoulders.

Eyes: Green

Appearance: Mia's skin is a light tan. She wears a black tank top and a pair of black shorts that reach half way between her waist and knees. She also has a pair of black leather boots that reach up almost to her knees. Mia's bow and quiver are slung over her shouldier, she feels awkward without its weight on her back. Her sword’s sheath is attached directly to the quiver as well.

She is very beautiful and attractive which attracts some attention from some of the boys. Ford isn't all too happy when this happens, but he makes sure Mia doesn’t notice.

Weapons: As mentioned above, Mia Lang has a bow and a quiver full of arrows. These aren't just any bow and arrows; these are elven bow and arrows, the ones Mia's grandmother used to use.

Mia's grandmother was an expert at using the bow and the sword; she taught Mia everything she knew about combat.

Mia also has in her possession a small elven sword that also belonged to her grandmother as well. This sword was extremely light weight, but still very durable.

In Mia's right boot she has a small knife concealed there that is also an elven weapon.

On the Isle of Waterfalls she discovered a small black leather belt that, when worn by the user, allowed them to transform themselves into an invisible state with just a simple thought, rendering them un-seeable by even the most keen eyes.

Armor: Mia prefers to fight at a distance so the only armor she has is her clothing.

Strengths: She is stronger in speed and agility, she is very aware of her surrounding so is hard to hit. She has deadly accuracy with her bow and arrows as well. She has been trained to fight as well as an elf in ranged combat as well as melee combat. Using her sword, few escape unscathed. She is also interested in the fighting styles of a ninja, but she isn't the best at that yet.

Weaknesses: Since she has no armor, a good slash will prove fatal. She also doesn’t hold up too well against brute strength.

Skills/magic: She was taught some of the basics of elven magic from her Grandmother before she died. So Mia knows to control the elements, though not that well. But the one element she has just recently mastered is Ice, as well as water.
Her ability in ice and water magic has greatly increased. She can cast various simple spells such as ice ball, ice ray, and ice shield with ease but hasn't yet been able to do anything too fancy with it yet. It consumes little to almost no energy for her to use ice and water attacks. She can also add the ice to her sword, arrows, or other weapons to increase their damage.

Personality: She like to crack a few jokes among friends although they might not always be funny. She can on occasion be a bit of a blonde.(in the way that she takes everything literally and doesn’t get sarcasm) But other than that she is a very smart girl. She gets sad every time someone talks about their families because it always brings back unwanted memories.

In battle, she tries to find the quickest way to beat her opponent. She is very concentrated when she fights and thinks of little else while she is doing so.

Biography: (ooc: If for some reason you are only fighting Mia and not Ford, read Ford's bio too because some of it you will need to read to get.) Mia Lang was born with a loving mother and father in a forest where the elves lived. Her parents loved her and so did she. Her grandmother would visit every week at least since she lived in the same village. When Mia was old enough she taught her everything she knew.

But one horrible day when Mia was 14 years old, Sirius Amon Moris had been planning revenge on the elven village for it was the same elves that had destroyed his fortress only a few years before. Mia had left the elven forest, riding her horse. A severely wounded elven soldier galloped up to her on his horse warning her not to return to the forest for it was under attack. He coughed, fell off his horse, and died right then.

Mia grew up and lived on her own, ironically doing the same job Ford was doing, hunting wanted men.

The person she was after for the longest time was Dark. When she met up with him once, there was a boy fighting him by himself. Mia came in and helped him out. From then on Mia became good friends with the boy called Ford Smith. But they still haven’t caught that fiend of a wanted man, Dark.
