Emon of the Gold
Name: Emon Treeshade
Age: 37 Race: Dark Elf Sex: Male Hair: White Eyes: Gold Weight: 203 lbs (92.1 kg) (all muscle )Height: 6’ 3” (191 cm) Appearance: Emon's jaw is rather strong, yet slightly narrowed. His nose follows the same features of his jaw line, strong but slightly narrowed with a rounded end. Emon has long, white hair that reaches just above his shoulders, and a widow’s peak at his hairline. His eyes are gold and resemble a hawk’s. The Dark Elf's body structure is rather muscular, but not insanely so. He is simply a large man. His skin is a dull black. He wears a gold, silk shirt with black buttons. His pants are black and made out of a more durable material than his shirt. Around his waist is a black leather belt that holds a black sheath with gold Black Widow designs, the symbol of the Dark Elves. On his feet are two black leather boots, nicely polished. His hands are covered with gold, cloth gloves. Over his shirt he wears a black trench coat with the collar turned up and gold bordering. Weapons: He has an arming sword with a black hilt with gold black widow designs. The blade is three feet and two inches long and three and a half inches wide. The hilt is seven and a half inches long. Armor: Strengths: Emon's best attributes are his speed and strength. He's probably one of the fastest in the Gold rank of the Dark Elf Empire. In spite of his speed, he also holds much strength in his muscular structure. Male Dark Elves are known for their strong bodies. He has very good endurance during battles. He can fight for hours on end. He has excellent prowess with his fists and feet, in fact, he is better with his hands than with his sword. He could easily beat a man to death with his fists alone. His sword skills are that of a Gold ranking solider, the second highest rank in the Dark Elf Empire. He knows a little about energy, which he combines extremely well with his fists. He has sharp hearing due to his long and pointed elf ears. Emon ha a very nasty temper, which can send him into a fit of rage, which increases his speed and strength. Weakness: His skill is not entirely as impressive as his speed or strength. He tends to be a bit sloppy with his swordsmen ship; he leaves a lot of openings. He fights lazily with it. If his enemy can surpass his speed, it would be far too easy to strike him through his attacks. Even though his endurance with battling is excellent, he does not have much endurance with his energy attacks. His energy gets used up rather quickly. If Emon uses all his energy, it could kill him or at least make him pass out. Although Emon’s temper increases his speed and strength, his skill suffers even more. His attacks become extremely sloppy and his aim lacking. Skills/magic: Energy Attacks – Emon can channel energy through his body and into his palms, which he can fire at his enemy to cause great damage depending on if his foe took a direct hit. The number of times he can perform this attack depends on the amount of energy he has left. Energy Break – The Dark Elf can cancel out others' energy attacks, or curses/spells using his own energy to counter it. He can do so continually depending on how much energy is used against him. Emon cannot block attacks greater than his own power. The amount of his energy used in this ability depends on the amount of energy used against him. Energy Boost – Emon can use his energy to create a short burst to increase his strength and speed. He can uses it to charge and move faster or increase the damage of his punches and kicks. He can also make it surge through his sword, causing a lot more damage. However, this causes Emon to tire a lot faster. Infrared-vision – When in the dark, Rontu can change his vision to detect the body heat of creatures. He can see anything that emits heat. However, once in the light he must have a few seconds to switch back to his normal vision. It hurts his eyes greatly when suddenly exposed to light. All Dark Elves have this ability. Personality: Emon is arrogant and cold-hearted. He’s very ambitious and strives restlessly to reach his goals. His goals normally are to gain as much power as he can possibly get. He doesn’t care about anything else. If anyone gets in his way, he ruthlessly kills them if he must. Emon puts his goals before everything else, even his family. He tends to get very jealous of those who have what he wants and in other certain situations. A part of him hates seeing other people happy, because he is rather bitter about his own short-comings in life that have him utterly miserable in life. He usually tries to make others as miserable as he is. He loves making himself look better than others. Zodiac Sign: Capricorn (December 25th) History: Emon was raised on his family’s ranch with his father and mother. He had no siblings. His father was a raging drunk, who would beat him senseless if he ever did anything wrong or made any mistakes in his chores on the ranch. Sometimes he would beat him for no reason at all. Emon’s mother did nothing to stop his father when the beatings would start. When he would cry for her help she would just look away, disgusted by his pleas. He received abuse from his mother, too, who would always tell him he was pathetic and couldn’t do anything right. Emon did everything in his power to impress her and gain her approval, but no matter what he did his mother called him a failure. His father died when Emon was sixteen from alcohol poisoning and his mother died shortly after by a deadly illness. Emon looked after his father’s ranch, he would often go to the Dark Elf city, Delu, to buy supplies and sell a few of his horses. He always dreamed of something more than the life of a ranch owner. He dreamed of power but it seemed a dream too far away to grasp. He met a young female Dark Elf named Karei in Delu. He got her pregnant and so they got married. Emon loved his wife dearly and couldn’t wait until his child was born. When the day finally came, his son was born. He named his infant son, Rontu. Five years passed by and at first Emon loved his little boy dearly. He taught Rontu about horses and how to take care of them. Karei also shared a deep affection for her child. Emon noticed the love she showed for the boy and found himself oddly jealous of the child. He started acting cold to his wife and barely spoke to Rontu at all. Emon started drinking and that’s when the trouble with his wife rose to the surface. They argued all the time, mostly about Rontu. Emon was drunk almost all the time. This continued for four more years. Then one day Karei went to Delu to buy some supplies … she never came back. Emon and his son found out that she had been killed in an alleyway. Rontu mourned the loss of his mother and Emon didn’t mourn at all. He would scream at his son that his mother was a worthless whore and that she got what she deserved. Rontu would usually run from his father when he started yelling, frightened of Emon’s behavior. One year passed and one day Emon approached his son, who was standing next to his mother’s grave. He went into a drunken rage and started to beat Rontu. The child had no mother save him from his father’s wrath. Emon continued to drink and beat his son whenever he thought it fit. He forced the boy into doing almost all the labors on the ranch. Rontu survived for four years before he had gathered the courage to run away. The fourteen-year-old had managed to escape without his father noticing. Emon went to find his son and only found an empty ranch. Emon sold his family’s ranch and went in search of power. He joined the armies of the Dark Elf Empire, after two years of training he had worked his way up to the Gold rank, the second most powerful ranking in the Empire. Usually this was only given to Dark Elf females, for the women of the race learned and developed their skills faster than the men and also were known to have more magic talents. Emon continued to bask in the glory of his high position of power for four years. The Dark Elf King, Sheinron Blackwater, came to Emon and told him of a situation. There was a group of warriors who threatened the success of the Empire. To catch the Dark Elf’s attention, Sheinron told him of a young Dark Elf who was among them. The Dark Elf was none other than his son he lost six years ago, Rontu. Threads: Two of a Kind (In progress) Cutthroat Camp (In progress)

Re: Emon of the Gold
Dang it, Linkrules. You beat me again! Heh, well I don't suppose there's any harm in... say... DOUBLE APPROVING?!
No, there isn't! *Stamps hard and strong on the paper* Approved. Again. That's right. But see, now that I look at his history fully, I kind of feel bad for the guy. He lost everything for a while. But soon, he shall lose his life... TO US! Gar. Never mind, he did get a lot of power in the end. It's nice to know that at one point he did love his son and wife. |
