My first character

I used to be into RPing and such, thought I'd give it another go.
Before I say anything, I am aware that I am male and my character is female. I'm bored of RPing men.

Name: Reyna Synek
Age: 23
Race: Hylian
Sex: Female
Hair: Long pink hair, tied in a ponytail
Eyes: Pink, matching her hair
Weight: 146 Pounds
Height: 6'2

Weapon: Wooden longbow, a vial of poison for the arrows, and a shortsword
Armor: Brown leather pants with dark green boiled leather coverings on the sides of her legs overtop of the pants and dark green boiled leather sleeveless shirt with wooden shoulderpads

Strengths: Very agile and has a lot of energy
Weakness: Not too strong
Skills/Magic: None

Personality: Reyna is very nice, and makes friends easily. When it comes to protecting herself or her loved ones, she can be very violent.

History: Reyna was born in a small village in the southern part of Hyrule. When growing up, Reyna took much interest into swordsmanship and archery, rather than playing with the others. Obviously, she was a tomboy. Being a tomboy, many of the other female children didn't really like her. Reyna didn't mind, she had other friends. When not much older than twenty-two she left her village with her friend, who she practiced fighting with when younger, hoping to be able to put her skills with the bow and sword to use. While in a forest roughly after a year leaving her village she, along with her friend, were accepted into a local group of mercenaries after proved their skill in battle.

I like it, and I'll let you off on the picture since I'm pretty sure you drew is since it's on your DA account. Some notes on the colours of the clothing would be nice.

My major problem is that I'm not sure there are elves in Hyrule. I checked the races page on ZU, and that didn't say anything about them. Thus either alter the race or alter the bio, please.
