Tanegro (yes, I'm trying one out, too)

I also now feel that I would like a Jedi ... I havent used one yet, but I feel that I could handle one, now.

Weapon: Most of the time, Tanegro uses just one purple lightsaber. Although on special occasions, when he really needs to, he uses dual. The Force also plays a huge roll during battle. If ever he were to lose his lightsabers (unlikely,) he is slightly skilled in martial arts, though against other lightsabers it would most likely be futile.


Strengths: Powerful with The Force, lightsabers and martial arts, a somewhat over average Jedi.

Weakness: Dark Side lightning blasts. He has only once expirienced it, but for that one time, he would never forget. He can barely block the lightning with his lightsabers, and the feeling of the lightning holds some deep pain within him, inexplicably making him turn to nothing more than an inconvenience when he is hit with the blasts.

Skills/Magic: As said before, The Force, lightsabers, and martial arts. He also is very skilled with the basic Jedi mind trick, and can bend nearly every race aside from his own ... to his will.

Personality: Deep and thoughtful, never impatient, always biding time and being careful. With the Jedi training serving him well, he is a very calm individual, which sticks out from other Jedi's, who are somewhat more open. He has never been antisocial, but is quiet anyways.

Appearance: Tanegro is always garbed in the same Jedi wear ... a brown cloak over a cream colored vest and shirt, with brown pants and a belt. His shoes are light, and padded, for quick runinng and higher Force jumps when he needs it. His lightsabers are at his sides at all times, no matter where he is.

History: The power of the Jedi was discovered right at his birth, and Tanegro was taken from his home to immediately begin training, against his will at first, but he eventually got used to it. It was a tough lifestyle for him, but he got to know the other Jedi around him, and soon rose above most of them, exceeding his training. At ten, he learned how to use The Force for lifting heavy objects and yanking fake guns out of people's hands as props for an actual battle. He could also use his lightsaber quite proficiently. At fifteen, he was extremely skilled with The Force, and could now wield dual lightsabers with ease. These powers did not make him arrogant, thankfully, and when he finally turned twenty, he left the Jedi training center, his powers now fully and completely done harnessing. he went on several raids for the senate, tearing down multiple Trade Federation ships and towns singlehandedly. As his powers were more recognized, the Jedi started sending him on some of the more difficult jobs. His final job was to assist in The Clone Wars on one of the Moons of Bogden, a single battle against a barricade of Separatists, where he was surprisingly shot at by his own troops for reasons he could not explain. Cornered on both sides by his Clone troops and the Separatist Forces, Tanegro cut through fifty Clone troops before he got to his ship and managed to take off. He went into hiding, where he discovered from people on different planets that the senate and the Jedi had been overthrown by the Empire. So he left the Galaxy by his own means, and traveled to a different time and place. Since then, he has roamed several different planets, even now, still avoiding and destroying Empire troops, for they somehow had followed him. He believed he was the only surviving Jedi alive now in the entire universe ... and still believes that to this day.

Looks alright, but you definitely need some more weaknesses, because just one weakness won't cut it with all the strengths you have. You need as many weaknesses to even out the strengths.

Also, I'm not very good with jedi/star wars lingo, so what do you mean when you say 'can bend nearly every race aside from his own'?

The 'bending races to his will' thing means that he manipulates their thoughts. Check the very beginning of Return of The Jedi and you'll see someone do it to a hutt. Anyway, editing as we speak.

Alright, can I trust that you be fair with this race bending? It seems quite powerful. Maybe some sort of limit for example- can only do it a certain amount of times before losing X amount of energy, etc.

Well, as it is for all Jedi, they dont do it much. Yes, it is something he will do infrequently. Lets say that he cant do it to an enemy powerful enough to resist it.
