Name: Regina (Regina-Okina)
Age: Regina has existed since the beginning of time as queen of demons. However this vessel, her most recent avatar, is 11 years old.
Race: Sani (A type of higher demon, bony and frail. They can see spiritual energy gathering, as well as communicate with spirits. Though they themselves are frail and weak, their malice takes forms to fight as a separate being. In appearance, they look much the same as an albino human but have slit pupils. Their blood is venomous. They are very dangerous and always born of human women, but often drowned after birth as they are considered a sign of very bad luck)
Sex: Though Regina actually has no gender, she has always been considered as female. The name she was given, and the name given to all her avatars, means ‘queen’.
Hair: White
Eyes: Red, slit pupils
Weight: 6 kg (The Sani race has hollow bones, as well as not having some organs humans have that they do not require. Because of this, they have very fast metabolism, and are extremely light)
Height: 126 cm

Weapon: Regina has a long whip made from very thin chain. Attached to the end is a barb covered with her own venomous blood.
Armor:

Strengths: Like all Sani, Regina is quick and ruthless. She can use her whip with terrifying accuracy. She heals quickly and can communicate with spirits and ask them to aid her. Her race’s natural ability to see spiritual energy gathering allows her to have an edge against opponents who use magical attacks, as she can see the attack coming. She prefers to fight from a distance, and is skilled at doing so.
Weakness: Regina is frail and delicate, which is why she prefers to fight from a distance. When cornered and forced to fight close up, she will struggle only if there is no chance of escape. She dislikes fire, and heat of any kind. She despises mirrors, water and anything that reflects, as all sani do. Due to her hate of water, she never learned how to swim. Due to the fact that she is so light, she is easy to push around. Her hollow bones could be crushed easily from pressure. Being a higher demon, she is extremely susceptible to holy power, though her Okina (in skills) can help her endure it. Also, when controlling her Okina she pours her consciousness into it, making it difficult to move when controlling it. Sometimes she will accidentally mirror her Okina’s actions, and move thoughtlessly into danger, other times she will not move at all.
Skills/Magic:
Okina: Almost, if not all of Regina’s power is drawn from her Okina, the pure energy created by her own malice and the malice others have towards her.

The form taken by Regina’s Okina varies, though often takes the form of
a great snake. Usually it will linger around her as a mist of spiritual energy, offering her a little protection from magic, however she can force it into a form to fight for her. This paralyses her body, but lets her control her Okina in its current form. This is difficult to do and often it isn’t worth the effort unless an opponent has hurt her too badly for her vessel to continue the fight or she really hates them.

As well as using her Okina to fight, Regina can constrict her opponent by forcing her Okina into the world around her, making the ground develop mouths and bite on an opponent’s ankles. By forcing her Okina into other things in her surroundings, she can control them. She can also use her Okina to attack like magic, sometimes forming it into blades that launch at an opponent, but often not bothering. The Okina is pure hatred and so fighting Regina and her Okina too long can put strain on an opponent’s sanity and will power. Regina can accelerate this effect but often will not, as doing this can strain her own sanity also.

When Regina uses her Okina to attack or takes control of it, she loses the protection it offers her.

Personality: Regina is quiet and subdued with an air of cold dignity about her. She is completely truthful, and does not lie. She also never acts as something she is not. If asked what she is, she will say she is a demon. She cares for very little except her people, but if demons are being harmed, Regina will act.

History: The ruler of demons has existed since the beginning of time, and became labelled a female at some point in the distant past. Since then, she was referred to as ‘queen of demons’ and every vessel of hers took the name ‘Regina’. The queen of demons was mortal, but whenever she died she would find a new vessel. By doing this she created a new type of demon called ‘Sani’ which were the children born a vessel that took on demon-like features. After a while, people decided Sani were bad news, and all albino kids were drowned at birth. However…

…The mother of the latest vessel of the queen of demons died alone soon after giving birth to the Sani. No-one knew of her existence and demons took her, using a spell to disguise her. An old lady took her in, forcing the girl to beg for her. The demons could only watch, pained to see their queen reduced to a beggar, as she grew up. When she was 6, an enemy army came to attack the city where she live. The elderly and children fled, but Regina was left in the city as the lady would not pay for her to cross the sea with the others. The city was taken over, but it didn’t affect Regina, and she continued to live as a beggar until the spell wore off. She was imprisoned and sentenced to death. However, the demons came to save their queen. There was a horrible massacre, and the demons the had apperared to protect her were all slaughtered horribly. Regina’s memories as queen of demons had not returned, but she remembered enough to want to destroy those who killed her people. And she did.

She never remembered how she did it, but she killed every man, woman and child in her rage, even the farm animals had been slaughtered. And so, with the malicious energy, her Okina was born. She was taken in by kind woman named Maya and her companion a knight named Owain. The first time that the childlike demon had ever known kindness, she learned to trust and love her two companions. However, they were both murdered trying to save her. Regina never knew why they were willing to give their lives for her. Thier lives and deaths only served, in the end, to make the Demon Queen yet more bitter towards the world.

Regina travels the land, searching for a way to restore the rest of her memories, as the demons who knew all she needed to were all slaughtered. The more she remembers, the more desperately she wishes to know more.
