Chaos the Doppelganger

Can you believe it? I've been chucked out of the Dome for being too powerful! Well this is it! My ultimate moderately powerful character!

Armour/weapon: Depends entirely on the body he has copied.
Strengths: Generally quite agile, and can counter many attacks. Resistant to magic and ice attacks
Weaknesses: Whatever the person he has copied is weak against. In general, weak against fire. Stolen bodies and names can be recovered by addressing him by his true name (Chaos the Doppelganger)

Skills/magic: Chaos can copy the abilities and appearance of any living thing he encounters. On rare occasions, he can steal someone's name and body, first by possessing their shadow, then by trading places with them. This results in the victim beingleft as their own shadow, without claim to their name. Transformation abilities limited to living creatures; cannot copy inanimate objects. If anyone sees Chaos transform, the effect will be negated, so he must prevent anyone from seeing him. The most common ways of doing this are by causing a bright flash using magic, or simply by hiding. Chaos has not yet fully mastered his powers, and often does not copy his target's voice, which can give him away.

Personality: Sarcastic, good sense of humour. Has a habit of calling people "Slick".

Appearance: Prefers to take another's form, but will rarely appear in his true form; a young, skinny boy with ragged clothes.

History: Chaos grew up in a village for freaks, misfits and social outcasts. Some of the inhabitants were formally sentenced criminals, while others were simply beings who possessed strange powers and were feared by society in general. Chaos was part of the latter group. He was popular for his sense of humour and transformation ablities, and never really struggled to get by. Chaos discovered his transformation abilities when he was bullied at school one day, and turned into one of his tormentors to get revenge. He was discovered after this, and sent to the village. One day, a great war took place in the land, and the village was burned and the survivors captured. It was here that Chaos discovered his body-stealing ability, as he stole the name and body of one of the military leaders and tried to free his friends. However, he was caught, and barely managed to escape. He abandoned the body he had stolen, and vowed to become stronger to avenge his friends.

Well, it's not uber powerful for once, I give you that. If you can tell me how he found out his powers descriptively, you're fine

Well, you kinda fixed it, but just turning into it isn't enough. It may be a bit hard for you, but please try and add more detail on how he got to that ability, I can't say anymore.
