William Poseidon

Name: William Poseidon.

Race: Hylian.

Gender: Male.

Age: 19.

Height: 6’9’’.

Weight: 81 Kg.

Weapons: He carries his trusty homemade bow & arrow with him everywhere he goes, and owns a short sword which he inherited from his uncle. William also carries three throwing knives in his ankle scabbard.

Armour: William wears only two rusty gauntlets, a rough leather overcoat and a short tunic over his legs. While many other Hylians think this a pittance to wear, William would not trade them for anything else.

Appearance: William is a tall lad for his age which is aided greatly by his long, muscular legs. His arms are likewise to his legs, through days spent pulling his bowstring, and his hands are slightly chaffed from doing so. His face is long, thin and rough’n’tough with scratches and bruises in various places, his nose is long but doesn’t stick out and is constantly running. His eyes are sharp and staring, even though they are blue, they are dark and bleak and smiles never reach them. His brown hair is matted and wet, and juts out over his round, blue eyes.

Strengths: William’s long legs mean he can run at 28 Mph over short distances, and strong arms mean he can gracefully use a bow and can fire up to 8 arrows a minute.

Weaknesses: William is not so skilled at hand-to-hand combat and gets sick on boats, and dislikes riding horses.

Skills/magic: William is quick to think and can cast simple spells such as: Sparks, light and flame (Though only in controlled environments).

Personality: William is a kind, mature young man, who pushes any anger down and restrains it… For a while. When Will has had enough, he explodes into a violent frenzy and cannot control his anger, which can be fatal to any nearby people. So, except when he is in a frenzy, William is a shy, retiring man, who is seldom noticed by others, and has an abysmal memory.

History: William was not born named “ William Poseidon” in fact, his real name is Dandola Kelos. William was born into a poor family, whom nothing was expected of and probably would have become the owner of his father’s shop if he had not gone on a trip to find a house to live in, in Hyrule one day… On his way through Gerudo canyon he met a small boy playing by the tents, the boy asked him to “ Get off my playing patch! You ugly git!” (This was because the boy was very young and had to deal with older bullies, and was feeling a little grumpy) Since William was already slightly bothered this set off his frenzy, and he killed the boy while he had no control, he fainted under his own anger and when he woke up, he became an outcast. He hid the boy’s body and told no-one. He vowed to be sorry for what he had done, and lived as a traveller, lodging in strangers houses under the name of “William Poseidon” and never saw his family again. He does jobs for his taker’s-in and offers to do anything that they might want. Four years on he is known as an extremely kind man, but tells everyone that he does not deserve that kind of respect.
